Quick, efficient and good exchange rate
The website asks you to choose a date for collection, the soonest was several days ahead but received an email within a couple hours that the currency was ready. Very simple, take your ID and payment card, turn up at the currency exchange desk and off you go. Would use again.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE. GOOD RATES AND FRIENDLY STAFF.
Travel money was ordered and paid online. I had chosen the date of ordering as the date I wished to collect it, and it was not very long before I received an email advising me that my money was ready for collection. I was able to receive it in the denominations of notes I requested. All,of the money is for gifts. Larger denomination notes for so e of the hotel staff and smaller notes for the taxi driver.
The rate was very fair and marginally better than other major store Bureau de Change.
The girl in the kiosk in my store at Sprucefield in Lisburn was very welcoming and friendly. She even asked where I was travelling to, and wished me an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. This is the typical attitude of nearly all of the staff in this particular store, where I almost always shop.

Quick and easy to use service. My order came in 3 days early which was another nice surprise. The exchange rate is one of the best ones you can get currently. Recommend. The woman staffing the travel bureau (Basinsgtoke store) was also very friendly, did the right checks and showed me the correct amount ordered. I was in and out in 5 minutes tops which is always appreciated either way peoples busy lifestyles!
