The chair came in a good condition and…
The chair came in a good condition and had arrived quiet quickly (within three days). We had a minor issue but it was resolved quickly and politely. Overall, my mum loves the chair and thank you for such a thoughtful product.

The seat has a white bit that clicks…
The seat has a white bit that clicks into the leg which came off immediately. We had to rescrew it and not every steady. I'm hoping it's not going give my parents any issue going forward. It also had few scratches too. Its very good idea but the salachair has not been made properly. I'm disappointed with it.

‘Salahchair’ complete rip offs on this…
‘Salahchair’ complete rip offs on this occasion. Totally disappointed with their product, quality and most importantly their total lack of remorse towards customer care. Ordered a chair. It arrived late and completely damaged. Deep Scratches and chips everywhere. The worse and most intolerable thing of all is one of the chairs legs is completely damaged and was so far bent making the chair redundant and no longer fit for purpose rendering the product dangerous and detrimental to life had it been used. I contacted salah chair regarding the matter and they fobbed me of with a pathetic £10 discount on another order. Firstly, I will not be using their service ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. Secondly, the product is supposed to be under a manufactures warranty which they didn’t even offer neither did they offer a exchange. I’ve been I touch with them a few times and I haven’t even had an replies from them since my last email and it’s been three working days.
