Ordered a sofa in line for my son, great selection- he needed it quickly and it came 4 days after order - great delivery service and very helpful delivery who took it up to 2nd floor flat and built the sofa- great product and great service service, which is unusual these days- thank you, highly recommend company

Rubbish customer service. I’ve been trying to order my sofa since May — first had issues with swatches that never arrived, then when I finally chose the fabric and was ready to order, I started getting ignored. Adam said in September he’d put the order through and call the next day to confirm measurements — never happened. I’ve been chasing since with no reply. It’s now October, and still nothing. I’ve decorated my house around this sofa and was really hoping to get it, but looks like I’ll have to start looking elsewhere. Very disappointed. I regret recommending them to others at the start.

Sofa is absolutely gorgeous the colour mink velvet is better in person you can’t capture how stunning the sofa is on pictures but I can assure you it’s outstanding.
The 2 gentlemen that delivered the sofa are very kind and respectful and nothing was to much for them they got the sofa in and set up in no time at all outstanding service highly recommended thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sofaya has a great selection of sofa styles at very affordable prices and their customer service was helpful throughout the process. We did have a couple of issues but they handled everything professionally and fairly. I also want to mention Adam, the delivery guy—he was really helpful and personable, which made the experience much better.

Did take a little longer than expected but no complaints at all. I live on the 3rd floor of a flat building with no lift so a bit nervous to find a sofa that would fit, had no grumbles from the delivery guys and they got it in quickly. Sofa itself is perfect and feels way more expensive than the price reflects

Just received my sofa I'm very pleased. It was just as advertised. Nice & comfortable & lovely soft plush velvet material.

Brilliant customer service from the start. We changed our mind about the colour after checkout and so contacted Sofaya Customer service via WhatsApp, they were so helpful. They had colour samples posted out to us pronto! We purchased the Belgravia 4 seater sofa in Mink Velvet. The delivery was very fast and we were well informed along the way. Delivery guys were amazing and bought the sofa in, unpacked, fitted it all together and made sure we loved it before they tidied up and left us. The sofa itself is beautiful, so comfortable, spacious and well made. It’s better than I imagined and we are absolutely over the moon with our choice and purchase. Brilliant investment. Thank you Sofaya!

Communication was very good.Answered all queries diligently.Pleased sofa was delivered so quickly after ordering.Had sofa a few weeks now and I’m pleased with how it looks.For the price it’s very good…not perfect a bit of puckering on certain parts and felt it was very firm but getting used to it. The fabric is soft to the touch and a a really nice colour. Overall very pleased.😁

Purchased a custom sized sofa off Sofaya Homes, the service was exceptional. They kept me updated along the process and also assembled it for free.
The quality of the sofa is at a high standard at a fraction of the price of retail stores. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We were just done fumigating, so driver couldn’t come in, but sofa is great. Good price, nice quality. Bought after visiting sister who also has one. One suggestion would be including assembly instructions including suggested foot placements, but nice job on non-scratch foot pads and delivery without feet attached as then it’s easier to avoid bumping and scratching.

Excellent service from start to finish... got my free sample looked great so bought it. Even better when received sofa solane in mustard type colour . Kept up to date on order. Asked for certain date no problem Driver was 1st class cheers everyone
