Delivery is stressful.
The product is sturdy-drawers are very stiff to open and close. No information in the packaging how to open the back of the trolley. I would have given more stars if the delivery had been better.
Tried to rearrange the location with the delivery company they didn’t reply to my email. When I eventually got through to them by telephone I was put through to x3 different delivery companies. These companies had different policies for delivery. The 1st & 2nd delivery company agreed to change of delivery location which was a further 2 minutes drive from my original set location to be delivered. The 3rd delivery company involved- stated abruptly no. That it had to be delivered to my original order location. Stating it would go missing!
The whole interaction with these x3 delivery companies if I had known- I would not have ordered this trolley. It is not worth the hassle and stress.
