Item damaged in 2 places! You can't speak to anyone despite the site showing a telephone number. Everything had to be dealt with by email. But the issue was resolved in the end. A full refund was issued.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, easy enough to put together only thing I would say was where u push the peddle down to higher the bed the casing at the bottom cracks. Mine cracked with the first push it seems like the casing is to high up around the peddle. I did check to see if it was me pushing to hard but unless u push down there’s no way the bed will rise or go down again, I guess I will have to see how long the bottom takes to full crack and need a new case for it
