I was looking for a salon trolly at a…

I was looking for a salon trolly at a reasonable price and found it at salon store. They seem to have tripled in price everywhere. Was still more expensive than I would have paid a few months ago but cheaper than anywhere else, good quality and quick delivery.

Electric beauty bed

Purchased my excel beauty couch from Salon Store in October 2022. Have waited to give a review as wanted to give myself the time to use the bed and ensure everything is as it should be.
Great communication throughout, had a call explaining delivery, email with tracking number and a call from the delivery team telling me what day they were delivering.
The beauty bed is just what I was expecting and a fraction of the price to others I was looking at. I am looking at purchasing a second bed in the next month or two as my business grows and I will not hesitate to use Salon Store again to place my order.

By far the worst company I have ever…

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with professionally or personally. I bought a Rodeo salon chair from Salon Store also known as Consumer Retail Ltd and it was uncomfortable and not well made. The seat made you slip forward. The box was so battered and torn, I recycled it. I emailed customer services and they refused to take the chair back as I no longer had the original box. I explained it was very badly damaged but they refused and that the box isn't a legal requirement. I asked them to call me as there is no phone number on the website but they refused. I advised I was returning the chair to the address on their website which I did and it was signed for. I took photos of the chair to prove it wasn't damage and packed it extremely well. They ignored my emails so I contacted Citizens Advice. I emailed again including links from the Office of Fair Trading and Direct Selling Association confirming original packaging is not a legal requirement. They ignored my emails for two further weeks. They said I'd returned the chair to their office and couldn't go there due to lockdown; I confirmed it is the only address on their website. They also claimed the chair was used (even though they said they hadn't seen it). I contacted CAB again and sent two letters to their office recorded delivery which were both signed for. They still claimed nobody was there.
I advised PayPal that the chair wasn't as described i.e. not comfortable. They refused a refund. I escalated it into a complaint, they still refused a refund. Almost at the deadline, they offered a refund IF I returned the chair to their warehouse. I confirmed they'd had the chair for two months at this point and had provided evidence of its safe receipt, that there was no reason a member of staff couldn't travel the less than 3 miles from warehouse to office to collect it. They must have be collecting their post and checking their premises after all. 3 months to the day, PayPal determined the case in my favour and a refund has just been paid. Thank goodness I use PayPal. Do not buy from this company if there is a chance you may wish to return your item. The total lack of customer service is appalling, they seem to hope you'll just give up. They had my money and the chair for 2.5 months before I got my refund.

I have ordered 1st time with Salon…

I have ordered 1st time with Salon store. I’m very happy with the service. There was a problem with delivery, but they solved out the problem quickly. All products are great quality and reasonable price.

I would recommend Salon Store to anyone.

Please avoid this company!!

Please avoid this company! I paid close to £400 for a white beauty couch. It arrived with a pink colour tinge to all of the couch except the headrest! Absolutely appalling customer service....they refused to accept that it has a pink tinge & told me I would have to return in original packaging & pay for courier return! I will be taking action!

Company itself is ok but severely let…

Company itself is ok but severely let down by the delivery company they use....Palletways!! I will not be ordering from them again because of this. Even after several emails and the police being involved nothing has been resolved. Massive disappointment and this company really should consider changing their delivery company, just look at Trustpilot Palletways to see why!!!

Bad quality & awful customer service

I ordered a roll of 500 ‘the edge’ nail forms.
The forms were thin, wouldn’t stick and crinkled around the finger, I couldn’t achieve a decent c curve as the forms collapsed because they were too flimsy.
I contacted Salon Store to complain and all I got in response was that they would pass it on to their manufacturer.
I complained again that it wasn’t good enough and that the forms were not fit for purpose and got told that the fact I thought they were bad quality isn’t a good enough reason to issue a refund.
I replied again but they are now choosing to ignore me!

This was the first time I’ve ordered from these people and I will not be using them again, the correspondence was rude unhelpful and unfeeling, and they are obviously happy to sell knock off cheap crap.
AVOID!
