Still haven’t received any products 23 days later. Called several times and emailed with zero response. Now I have to claw back the money from my bank. Zero stars would be generous.

Great service and quick delivery. Always top up our salt blocks from here been using for years!

Ordered on day one and item delivered the next day. Not expecting such a quick turnaround, but appreciated it.

Easy to find l, select and pay for the product I wanted. However, delivery was slow and needed to be followed up.

The experience has been very poor. No confirmation of order by email. No order number given. No information on likely delivery. No one to answer phone line. It is now 3 weeks since order placed & money taken from my account but absolutely no information on order/delivery status. Totally unsatisfactory.

Update 24/09/25: unfortunately, despite further attempts at contact, still unable to get any response or action on my order. Bit of a loss as to what to do next as have paid out over £150 and received no goods for this. Will look to take further advice as that is too much money to just write off to a bad experience.
Order placed 10/06/25 for block salt (25 bags). Order confirmation received and payment taken. However, no delivery of order since. Multiple emails (to sales address), multiple phone calls (made to 0800 number on website) to follow up on the order. Never able to speak to anyone in department responsible. Call backs requested each time but none ever received. Payment taken back in June.
All I want is for either order to be fulfilled or a refund issued please. Thank you.

No response to messages, never returned calls, product never arrived. Worse company ever to deal with.

They were the lowest price for the Harvey block salt and delivery was within 3 days of ordering.

Delivery never arrived despite debiting my account weeks ago. Multiple emails and phone calls made entirely into the void that is Salt and Cleanz 'sales team'. They have either gone bust as a company or are acting fraudulently - taking money but not delivering goods. I used this company last year with no problems, but something has gone seriously very wrong. Please be aware and avoid.

UPDATE1: I have received a refund from the company 3 weeks after placing an order. There has been no communication whatsoever, just a refund to my card.

UPDATE 2: (After company response). Interesting how this company can respond to Trustpilot within a day but does not respond to multiple emails and calls over weeks, then has the gall to say the lead time is on the website.

They're lying about lead time - on their own website says 5 WORKING DAYS not 5 working weeks.

Brilliant, quick delivery and delivery person very helpful as to help with putting the salt delivery away . Would recommend to anyone needing to buy salt for water softeners at a reasonable price and quick delivery.
