Over one month and no delivery and no contact

Have ordered from them twice before without issue, however for this order it’s now been over 1 month since I placed the order. Multiple phone calls and email to try and find out where the order is. No one has got in contact with me

Still waiting.......

I have previously placed orders with Salt and cleanz and have been satisfied with the service, prompt and good value.

However, this time round I am into my 5th week (20 working days) waiting for my order to be delivered, with the biggest frustration being no communication or updates being provided by the company.

I have emailed and called the number on their website a myriad of times now and have been continuously told that "someone will get back to me" but no one has.

It's even more frustrating as it is a bulk order for multiple parties. Having now been told their office is closed until the new year - I am very disappointed so far.

Poor Communication

Beyond acknowledging the order there was no other communication from the company. The delivery simply arrived with no prior notification. The delivery driver was polite and cheerful though and happily helped me put the salt in my garage.

Ordered the 40 bages hydrosoft salt on…

Ordered the 40 bags hydrosoft salt on the 10/11/25 and told me will take 5 days but after two week with many calls but no reply or talk with ben clark we received wrong pallet of salt without inform me ,finally i had to cancel the order and they refund me the money and went to order from other supplier to order the correct salt and they deliver it next day and it was cheaper than them, i would not recommend to buy any thing from salt & clenz in future as cost a lot inconvenience to my customers and lost the sale. It was bad experience

Taken money but not delivered goods.

I made an order for Block salt for my water softener on May 25 and have not received it and been unable to contact for refund. I will try to claim money from credit card and see if they suggest taking matters further.

POOR DELIVERY INFORMATION

The product is fine. Good price. Friendly and polite delivery driver. The problem is that there is no indication of a delivery date other than "within 10 working days". After 10 working days were up, and I was going on holiday and worried about the salt being left on my doorstep, I rang customer services. They said they would have someone call me back. Nobody called. I rang 2 more times on different days before and after my holiday and was told the same thing: someone would call me back as soon as possible. Nobody did. In the end the salt just arrived, 18 working days after my order.

Still haven’t received any products 23 days later. Called several times and emailed with zero response. Now I have to claw back the money from my bank. Zero stars would be generous.
