Never received delivery despite several chasers - very frustrating. Cancelled order in the end after waiting for 4 weeks with no news/update despite calling 3 times and emailing twice. Not sure what's going on with this company?

I ordered Hydrosoft Salt Tablets but 2 weeks later was called and advised this brand was not available but an alternative non-brand would be supplied instead at the same price. I called to request a refund. The call handler (I won't name here) was rather grumpy but said a refund would be processed. A refund email was received same day but 8 days later there is still no actual refund to my card. Called to chase but no one available to speak to me. Now reported to the Card Merchant to investigate and refund

Update: Received comment from seller to check my refund. I have checked and it has not been credited!

Straightforward e-commerce retailer. Large salt order delivered as ordered.

Have been ordering from this company for years and always been very transparent about their delivery timelines and meeting them. However last order was super fast! Ordered yesterday for it to be delivered today despite specifying a longer delivery timeline than normal.

Today I have ordered 12 pack of block salt at 12:00 in the afternoon and they delivered in 1 and half hour time. In the website the lead time for delivery was 20 days. I was very surprised that they delivered my block salt in less than 2 hours. Very please with the exceptional service. I will recommend anyone who want's to ordered their block salt with this company.

Product good and arrived eventually in good condition. Advertised as 10 working days delivery which was £4.99, ordered 12/3 arrived 2/4, 15 working days. Perhaps consider using UPS or Evri to deliver on time…..just saying!

4* as delivery time was a bit longer than expected and the quality of the bags used to hold the salt was not quite as good as previous order.

Good service only thing I would recommend is bit more information regarding the delivery date details.

The price of the 10x 25kg bags of hydrosoft tablets is excellent. In addition the delivery guy was really good and stacked all the bags in the garage rather than leave them on the driveway.

Contact was poor, as i was never advised of a delivery date.
Two of the bags were damaged and the holes were sealed with black tape. One was still full but the other feels as if its lost a good couple of kilos.
Ive used this company a few times and have not had any problems before. Hopefully this was a one off regarding the damaged bags

I like to keep ordering in your company as it offers lower price than other company and quick delivery.
