Not genuine – do a chargeback, don’t pay to return.

This site sells fake cycling gear, advertised in a way that’s clearly misleading. The branding and pricing suggest premium kit, but what arrives is poor-quality and unbranded. They hide behind a vague FAQ and refuse to cover return postage, even though UK law requires it when items are misdescribed.

Don’t waste time arguing with them — just contact your bank and request a chargeback.
I did, and got my money back.

Know your rights and don’t get caught out.

This company tells lies about their goods. Three items arrived eventually and none as expected. Two were reasonable but Nothing like as described. Very poor quality. The third was horrendous. I complained. Will not send returns label or refund. Told to contact maker in China!!!! DO NOT USE !!!!!

I ordered two ‘cashmere’ jackets costing £147 in October of 2024 -colour beige .They eventually arrived .Poor quality not at all like the picture/no labels of any kind terrible washed up dark creamy colour .After much toeing and froeing was given the returns address in China not UK.Sent off the jackets then last week they arrived back here in the UK !!Horrible awful clothes from a deceitful company :BUY NOTHING DIRECTLY FROM CHINA !!! I spent all this money plus postage (£27) be warned

Like many others I recived a jacket which was nowhere near the size I had ordered and terrible quality , and was told I would have to return to Hong Kong for a refund.After 7 emails - each one offering me a higher discount, which was eventually 40%, I contacted my credit card provider.After uploading details to their website, I received a full credit.I advise everyone who is scammed by this compsny to do the same

I ordered a brown bag - it arrived and was purple, ripped and poor quality. They make out with the .co.uk they are in the UK - they are not. It takes a month to arrive and the cost of returning it to China defeats the object, which they know. They have sent a replacement I didn't ask for - they just sent it - to avoid the cost of providing a refund for a faulty product. I don't want a purple bag! I wanted a brown bag. They string you along as another said to wittle down the 30 day return period. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I will update this if they do indeed provide a refund.

Middle man company for hong Kong. They say they will refund or exchange but they don't and then you are stuck with the item. Very bad company!

BEWARE!! Do NOT buy from this company. It’s a total scam. Really wish I’d read the reviews before I wasted £50 on a jacket. Lesson learned. They take your money, then deliver an item which is really poor quality and looks nothing like the pictures on their website. The sizing is also a joke. As has been previously mentioned, they then string you along, offering low partial refunds but do not give you the return address in China. After numerous useless emails, they then tell you that you’re outwith the return period and are therefore not due anything. Absolute cowboys.

As so many have said before, do not buy from this Chinese company. Luckily I bought with PayPal and they have been wonderful. I received a full refund. The photos don't give a true likeness of the clothing, their sizes are laughable. Their size 16 would fit a sumo wrestler. When you complain they string you along with with offers and excuses until the 30 day from order refund window is closed. They then offered a 50% refund if I closed the PayPal resolution case. This is contrary to the advice from PayPal. I then escalated to the next level with PayPal. This resulted in a 100% refund.

I recently bought a winter coat from Sam Wear UK. The coat was expensive, but the main issue was the sizing. I ordered a medium, but as it was from China, their medium is equivalent to a UK small. I wanted to exchange it for a larger size, but Sam Wear stated they don't offer exchanges. I then tried to return it, but they said I would have to pay the return postage to China.

I suspect this is how they profit; the price is high, and returns cost more than the original purchase price.

Awful company the coat we ordered one size too big as suggested on the advert we decided to go for 2 sizes too big and it was still far too small, we asked to exchange for a larger size so we had a usable coat and they refused offering a 10% discount which won’t make the coat fit will it. They then say if we order another coat they will give 20% off a new purchase, we just want the correctly fitting coat we ordered. The coat is not fit for purpose, this company miss-advertises claiming to be in the UK they are not they are in China, the sizing is completely misleading and coats are far too small for adults, do not trust or buy from them you will waste your money.

Item arrived 3 weeks late from China. It's not being shipped from London which one is let to believe on the website. It is impossible to return for refund within 30 days (it got deliverrd after 22 days after the order was placed) After a 17 email exchange I still have no return address to this day.
Shocking customer service initially taking days to respond causing deliberate delays with offers of a 10%refund ... slowly increasing to 35% but still no address and always stating that they need to receive the item in China within 30 days from the order date which is impossible.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY" AND SPREAD THE WORD TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN.
You don't have a chance to have your money back.

Please don’t be mislead by the sales pitch on coats, as the items are way too small and then you have to pay for the item to be shipped to the China outlet (wherever that is) as an address isn’t given as obviously they know you won’t do this as it’s going to cost you more than what it’s worth to ship it. I have been conned, please don’t be another statistic that is making them money on false claims.

Do not use this company. My goods arrived very poor quality. I tried to follow the returns process. The company kept emailing offering partial refunds and discounts. The quality was bad I wouldn't want to keep at any price. They wouldn't give me a returns address. I involved my credit card company who have been brilliant. Now goods returned but will be surprised if I do get my refund. Dispute ongoing. Don't put yourself through it!

The two coats I bought early in December as Christmas presents, did not arrive until 30th December as this Company is based in China-stupid me, I was misled by the use of “London”. I thought they were in the UK.
The items are poor quality and sized to fit children, not adults.
e mails to the Company elicited several responses pointing out that it was likely the costs (paid for by me) of returning them would likely outweigh the amount to be refunded. They offered an insulting 10% refund and permission to keep the undersized items” to avoid me the hassle” of returning them.
I will write this up as a lesson learned to buy nothing online without first checking thoroughly it is not from China.
The coats might be of use to a charity shop for their textile recycling but that’s all.

please be aware of buying anything from this website this isn't based in UK. any return is a headache. they will try to make it very hard so you are stuck with the item. the quality is very very cheap for a ridiculous price if you are china China-based company why do you name your website Samwear London? so stupid. its a trap, so please be aware.

SCAM , they will not provide their address and keep suggesting % refunds, DO NOT USE, WISHED I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH.

This company should be stopped not London based like advertised. Took weeks to receive from china which clothing turned out to be cheap crap. Not gonna bother returning it gonna just throw it in the bin.

I purchased a coat for my husband for Christmas I ordered a large more like a small have emailed to have an exchange saying they don’t do one website 30days they are saying they use different sites not my problem!! Saying I can return to china pay all the export fees I thought I was buying from Sam wear uk im fuming is a understatement as this was a Christmas gift please avoid this site at all times
