I agree with many other reviewers here, this is a scam. Quality was very poor - unlined synthetic garment nothing like the pictures in their advert. The sizing is bizarre. There are no labels as to what the fabric is. The parcel took two weeks to come from China, although they claim to be a British firm based in London, and they took a week to respond to my request for a returns form so their requirement that returns arrive back in China withing 30 days of the original order is impossible to meet. I don't even think a return address has been provided. I am not going to throw good money after bad by posting this back to China.

My coat is too big. I have emailed them on 10.12.2024 and on 12.12.2024 and had no reply

How do I get my money back

The jacket received was of poor quality and stitched incorrectly so that I can't even get my arm down the sleeve. I followed their 'returns policy' and sent three emails requesting a return form .....but no reply.
This has been reported to my bank.

Like everyone else I have been well and truly scammed by these fraudsters my coat is made up of material that is if the quality you would use to make a dog bed. The sizing is also a joke and would fit an elephant. Their returns policy ensures you do not meet the deadline for returns or refunds to be granted as it takes almost a month to arrive. Added to that is the delay in this so called company responding to your query.

I took have been informed I would have to pay all costs to return my item to China even though it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

I have informed Sam Wear I will be passing on my concerns to the International Trading Standards and International Fraud Squad. These cheats need exposing as they also seem to be trading under different company names too. Let's hope they get their just deserves.

This company are a scam do not use!! Sizing is horrendous xl is more like a s/m, as with many others they reply to your request to return with a waffling email with no return address included. This is so your 30 days pass and you can no longer return and if you do will cost price of item to ship to China anyway. They took over a week to reply to my email. Stay away from this company! 1 star is being generous

The product was not fit for purpose, arms were ridiculously small. Tried to fob me off with a 10% refund, alternative was for me to pay the postage to china. I will choose a more ethical company in future. I'm fed up of faceless businesses, thinking it's ok to rip people off because they just see a credit card. Shameful way to live your life and conduct your business Samwear, do better!!!

Very disappointed, the size XL looked like M, they want me to pay my return back to China, I’m insisting on a total refund but they don’t send me the address, never buy again!!!!

This company does not even deserve one star. The items are cheap, unlike the pictures, and mine could fit a bloody orangutan. I tried to get my money back from PayPal, as this company says it is based in London, but it turns out to be in China, and it will cost me half the amount of the item to return. The quality of the clothes is also very poor. They also have a company in Australia; read some of their reviews on Facebook. The £50 item will now end up in the bin.

I would give it a 0 star rating. I have contacted the seller on the so called customer care email but not heard back from them. I note that the company is registered to one person in Manchester who is outsourcing the work to some factory in China. I have opened up a dispute through Paypal and intend to get my money back. This is what I wrote to them
"The product sizing is completely and utterly wrong and so is far too big for me. I am a chest size 40, which suggested that the Small size is right for me and which just did not compute. So I ordered the larger incremental size which turns out to be for a giant!
That was really problematic for me, but most importantly I am most dissatisfied with the product that I received. The image on your website gives the impression that it has a woollen type feel and look to the coat but in fact is just a cheap shiny material with a poor print that doesn't even remotely look like it is a woollen garment. I am assuming that when the coat was full price that the customer got a coat that looks like the image on your website but the slashed price gives the customer this very cheap and shoddy product."
I suggest that people go on to the Facebook page or where ever you see this being sold and share your views that this is just a shameful exercise in robbing people of their money with these spurious claims.

Ordered a top, it came nothing like what I ordered and wrong size. There is no return system in place. Scam

1 star is too high for the crap that I have just received after more than 2 months. Now found out that it will cost me more to return this absolute rubbish.

Has anyone actually received any money back? I'm disgusted with this company. I ordered a 2XL coat and it was barely a medium. How can they advertise on social media knowing they have a awful customer service? Also how much is it to return a coat? And has anyone reported them to Trading standards? Many thanks - I feel everyone's pain😤

Absolute rubbish, claim they are in the UK but ship from China. Clothing is poor quality and when you want to exchange or refund you have to ship back to china and not the UK. Got quoted £36 to sendca jacket back so just not worth it. Avoid at all cost.

what a joke i ordered a size bigger than I would normally would because that's what they say when I got itim it would of fit a 9 year old and then to send it back is a joke it is going to cost me over half of what the itim costs the company is a ripoff keep away

I bought two jackets with them: one L, and one M. I loved the jacket, however, the M was too small, and I'm asking a refund, which they don't want to give me. They keep offering a discount, however, I don't want to keep something that does not fit. Now, they are not responding me anymore

I have not received my item yet, so this a review about the company not the item. It needs to be made very clear that their items are shipped from China and not the UK, despite the company being called SamwearUK. I would not have ordered from them if I had known.

If I could give zero stars, I would do not believe the positive feedback. This must be from employees or their company. Item received not even half of the size that he stated on the website extremely long delivery which was over one month poor customer service if you want to return or exchange an item you have to pay taxes returns label which is not refunded awful company avoid all costs. Also this is from China not the UK. This company is a scam. DO NOT TRUST
