Absolutely awful company sent out wrong colour coat yet im expected to pay return postage! communication is absolutely awful they do not pay any attention to what you say yet they say they want customer satisfaction!! Scammer of a company do not use!!!

This deceitful company should be stopped. They advertise as being London UK based, with pictures of quality items. Like everyone else, I waited weeks, only to receive a cheap, polyester printed piece of tat from China. I payed via PayPal, and they were excellent at getting this company to contact me and I received a refund, minus the £20 to send it back!! But better than nothing at all. Avoid at all costs.

Coat delivery today been waiting for weeks and weeks it looks nothing like the pics and I am a XL and this looks more like a small it fits my son better than. Me and he's 14 what a load of rubbish stay away from this company there not uk based or english it comes from China wish I had done my research first

Ordered a jacket which came the wrong size. Men L and ended being like a kids M. Try to return it they won’t send you a return address and won’t give you a refund.

Please do not use this website all cloths come from China ordered XL in a Jacket when this arrived it was a small boy size at best. I then asked for a return label on asking for this I then was presented with a 5% value back and to keep the coat due to having to pay p&p back to China 4 emails later 5% grew to 30% then buy the time they had emailed guess what the 30 day return guarantee had passed and we now couldn't send the jacket back. Please do not buy anything from this website

Products received do not match the on line pictures. You need to return the goods to China at your own cost and they only refund the price less import taxes.

Chinese company that has London in title to make you think its British. Don't get hooked into this scam. Goods are not as photos and are cheap quality. Return policy says must be returned within 30 days of order and then to Hong-Kong or China. You have to pay postage and customs costs.

Well purchased a coat size male large. When it finally arrived from a company called sam wear uk from China yes China. It actually fitted my daughter in law who is a size 10. Contacted them to be basically told we don't do refund. But you can send it back. If you pay all the fee's to China. Then we might do a refund minus the import tax. So you basically i would suggest do not go any where near this company unless.you just want to waste your money.

If I could rate this company minus 5 I would but unfortunately the lowest I can give is a 1, I ordered 2 jackets from this company for my husband, one arrived but is so poor quality the only place it is fit for is the bin!! The other jacket hasn’t even arrived they are trying to say it was delivered which it wasn’t and are refusing to refund me, avoid this company at all costs, they are liars and scammers!!!

This is not London it's China, brought a £70 coat which was second hand upon delivery button missing.
When contacting them they do not accept refunds but offer a discount if you buy another one

Even broken and second hand sold as new you are not entitled to return for a replacement or refund

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. I foolishly sent for a coat at a cost of almost £50 on 19th November. Looked great on the advert. When it finally arrived it was absolute rubbish and nothing like advertised. I’m still trying to get a return address from them but they won’t send one. I bought thinking it was a UK company but it came from China (Hong Kong I think) I send almost daily emails to them asking for the address and I do get replies but no address. This has been going on for over a month now. Stay clear don’t buy from them.

Several emails later I finally got a return address and it’s in China. The email told me I’d have to pay return postage and import taxes. I finally agreed to a 40% refund. The money arrived in my bank yesterday but I’ve lost £30 !! Stay away from the company and if you have bought something just keep emailing demanding a refund and you may be lucky enough to get something back.

We are experiencing the sme as everyone else ..They accepted that the sizing was wrong after I sent in the photos of measurements wih a tape measure showing exact size ...still waiting for a prepaid returns label which by reading all reviews I won't get one...It all seems a game to them .First offer 10% refund .then 20%.refund then last offer is 30% but it's not much for a garment costing £70.. Now we are up to send it back to China and stand the cost however much it is ...and at the end of every email , have a nice day ,really !!! 21emails sent up to now and I will send more to get on their nerves as they are getting on mine . Beware they are selling the same garments under numerous other company names .don't be drawn in by it as its all to get your money ..my hubby has a coat that isn't big enough for a small size man ...and he's stuck with it ...the sleeves are not level it's not worth the money any way .BEWARE !!

Total rubbish. Wrong size sent. Tried to contact numerous times. When finally replied, with an obvious standard email, refused to exchange. Offered a discount if I bought another?!? As if!!! My advice is to keep well clear of this China based company.

If I could give this company a minus figure, I would.

They use a .Co.uk website and call themselves Sam Wear London so you think it is a UK company.

Shoddy clothing ('artistic and colourful design zipped hoodie £50'): poor quality material (cheap, nasty and hard), poor print quality on the fabric, size measurements not as stated

No packing label with return info.

Asked for returns info by email and took 9 days to answer, but still no returns address given! So have to email again to ask for it (and wait another week or two or more).

Told I had to ship it to their warehouse in China (and pay for postage, and customs charges) and it had to be received within 30 days from delivery and it has to be inspected to see if they will accept the return .... bear in mind you are waiting 2-3 week for an address to send it to .... basically, you will never get a refund, and it will cost you money to return so throwing good money after bad.

DON'T BE FOOLED, THIS COMPANY IS BASICALLY A SCAM

Well it's not London it's in China! The item I brought came up smaller so it didn't fit, and after numerous emails, I still haven't received a return from.
Be aware they give you 30 days to return your item, you have to send Registered post and pay ( not cheap to China)
They offered 10% and keep the item 6.99p the Item wasn't that well made, that's another reason to send it back.
My advice don't bother buying from them!

Extremely poor quality, sizing is completely wrong. Do not waste your time and money. Received the stuff after 3 weeks, customer service inexistent. If you want to return you have to send to China tracked and impossible to do it in 30 days as they don't answer.

Same story as many here sadly. Items of very poor quality and the fit is all over the place. One XL item was far too small, another too big. One jacket was ok, but nowhere near the quality expected. Clearly don't want you to return anything, just keep replying with emails offering partial discounts. Will look for other ways to reclaim the cost. Do not use.

I had placed an order for a long black coat on the 5th November, and on the 6th December (one month later) was informed that it had been delivered when in fact it hadn't been delivered - I'm continuing to chase on the status of my package, but as a customer this shouldn't be my responsibility.

The website is purposely designed to be tough to seek full support. I was taken by the heavily "discounted" Black Friday sale prices, not realising they would be shipping the order from China and it would take at least a month to deliver despite the "face" of the brand appearing to be a UK based company!

I strongly recommend not purchasing from here, and regret not reading the Trustpilot reviews beforehand to deter me.

I will certainly be demanding a full refund.

Ordered jacket medium size November. Eventually arrived, must be about size 18!! They will not accept responsibility. I am expected to pay returns. They definitely need reporting to Trading Standards 🙄
