The whole experience was absolutely amazing. We got picked up from the airport in a fancy car and dropped off at the hotel. The following three days we were picked up and taken for our examinations and lens replacement procedure. On the first day we had one eye done. On the second day we had the other eye done. Third day was a final check to confirm all was okay. The procedure itself took 10 minutes for each eye. There was no pain and you could see as soon as the patch was taken off later in the day. We added an extra three days to explore Izmir and Ephases. All the staff including surgeon, interpreters and drivers were all very friendly and helpful.

I contacted SAM PS for implant treatment and I’m really happy with the result. From the moment I got picked up from the airport until the finish, it was flawless. Staff were very kind. The translator Emre was phenomenal. I am very grateful to every one of them.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience from start to finish, from the airport transfers, explanation of procedures, translation throughout.

In regards to the actual treatment I am healing up right on schedule and I’m more than confident my vision will be excellent.

From beginning to end, the service I received was faultless, the transportation to & from the airport including being taken back & forth to all of the hospital appointments was welcoming & comfortable, it was an added bonus that a chaperone was present at all appointments, answering any questions & made sure I didn’t feel nervous at all, the procedure was painless & i couldn’t believe how quickly I recovered, the hotel was 5 star, the room was lovely, the hotel was quiet & relaxing, my only regret is waiting so long, I am returning home tomorrow & you would never know I have had surgery at all, my eyes look perfect, no redness or pain at all, I couldn’t see a picture message & now I am typing & reading text messages without any glasses, I am amazed by the entire process, don’t wait just go for it 🤩

Aspirant services were very well informed. Gokman who was my original contact was very helpful. Our translator and driver to and from the hospital Emre was one of the nicest people you could meet.
The hotel is great. Spotlessly clean. Good facilities that my son and chaperone has made good use of.
The hospital again was spotless, the staff their extremely efficient. The doctor that did the treatment advised me against trifocal lances as these would not benefit me. I had instead ACRYLIC IQ TORIC lenses. I had both eyes done yesterday. I was in a lot of pain last night but had received 2 tablets for this that worked.
As you can see I am able today to text and also to get about. It will be a few days before everything settles down but in the meantime I can manage.
I had a check up with the surgeon this morning and could read the small print so everything is already on the up and up.
I was a little paranoid about the way business is done. The money is handed to the company accountant in the foyer. For this slight I have apologized profusely. You could find a nicer more professional group.
Woul highly recommend.

I was nervous when I arrived in Turkey , met by my transfer and taken to hospital. Staff made me welcome. The nurses spoke their best English and was able to make me understand what was happening .

Treatment : fantastic
Procedure : better sedation that my first experience which was in London .

I received through pre op checks more than I ever had in London for the lap and fitting .
Really impressed.

Nursing staff : kind compassionate and caring . Treated me with dignity , respect . Nurses very dedicated to giving me A1 care . Staff continuity 10/10 .
The nurses knew when my cannula had stopped working really on the ball .

I felt safe and relaxed , considering I was an anxious mess on landing in TUrkey .Staff skills filled me with confidence . Especially when I work in healthcare myself . They got my oxygen levels up safely with constant persistency at getting me up and walking and doing my lung exercises.
Aftercare was 10/10 .

Daily visits from my agents and surgeon. Fantastic.
I had every faith in all the team of SAMS Services and the reassurance they gave me strength in my recovery.

Pain and sickness management was 10/10 . I had a gastric sleeve procedure and never once was I in any discomfort.

I had "gastric bypass" in May 2022. I have lost over half my weight. I have also lost power of my legs due to complications from "rny" . Surgeon buldar measured my intestines by his "hands" to 100 cm but actually cut 300 cm . I have received 4 different medical report for my operation, all are different and all are incorrect. My doctor's were ignored by Sam's . I had life saving surgery yesterday. I do not rate buldar or Sam patient service.

The service coordinated everything seamlessly, and the hospital staff was incredibly supportive. Once I've fully recovered, I intend to choose them for future procedures. Highly recommended. We became involved with Sam through a Facebook advert, my wife and I had researched eye lense replacement in the Uk Facebook obviously noticed that.
We made enquiries they responded quickly and sensible with a quote for price and loads of information about the operation. All our questions and there were many, were answered quickly and informatively.
So we went with them and they totally fulfilled their promises. they collected us from the airport ran us around to appointments they were friendly and honest. The cash transaction worried us a bit but it was simple to pay and helps them with their inflation at 200%.
The Lense job for both of us went smoothly the professor was very competent and the outcomes are as he expected. The price was unbelievable compared to the Uk.

I had actually booked with another clinic for a rhinoplasty and dental treatments but something didn't feel right with them so I contacted SAM Patient Services. Doga was my patient co-ordinator and was absolutely amazing from the minute I contacted SAM Patient Services. I knew as soon as I spoke to her that I wanted to cancel my treatment at the other clinic and switch to SAM Patient Services. She was patient, responsive, kind, empathetic - she's amazing! She put me at ease and made me feel so confident in my decision to change clinics.

I travelled alone for my treatments and was anxious about the potential language barrier but I had someone with me all the time who was able to translate. Emre or Doga were with me for every appointment and always at the end of the phone. Doga really went above and beyond to make me feel safe and happy - she came to the supermarket with me as I was anxious, took me to get my nails done, made a hair appointment for me... bought me shopping to my hotel in the pouring rain on her day off!! I can't thank her enough.

My rhinoplasty experience was AMAZING! I have literally been telling anyone who will listen about it since I got home (to the UK). The surgeon was so lovely - he did a FaceTime consultation with me whilst I was still in the UK and we discussed what I wanted and what was realistic. He was completely transparent about potential risks and complications, which I was really grateful for. In the hospital, the nurses were great - everyone spoke English and they took amazing care of me. The rooms were lovely too (like being in a hotel rather than a hospital). As soon as I came round after my surgery they sent me pictures of my new nose (as it was bandaged up so I couldn't see it for a week) and I was over the moon with the results. The whole thing was so easy. Obviously I was given IV pain killers in the hospital but I left the following morning and haven't even had to take a paracetamol! I was amazed at how little pain there was. I met the doctor for a follow-up appointment 5 days later, before I went home. Again, he was so lovely - he went through all the aftercare with me in loads of detail (and was patient with me whilst I wrote it all down so I wouldn't forget) and told me if I had any problems or questions just to call him any time. I have taken my plasters off today and I am swollen (as expected) so can't see the full results but already love my new nose so much!! I am SO pleased I took the risk.

I also had dental treatment - 22 emax crowns. My teeth are still a little sensitive, which is normal as it is early days but aesthetically they are beautiful. I can't stop smiling. On the plane on the way home, two people asked me about them and I have had so many compliments since being back.

Overall, my experience with SAM Patient Services was fantastic. Their staff really did go above and beyond to make sure I was okay on my visit and I am so grateful for them. I am planning on having further surgery in the future and absolutely won't hesitate at using SAMs for my treatment.

I came for Tummy tuck and breast surgeries.
They met me at the airport in a nice car. Since I arrived late, I went directly to the hotel. They arranged my hotel room.. They had given all the information before the operation.
They picked me up from the hotel early in the morning and we went to the hospital together. My hospital room was very big and clean. All nurses and doctors spoke English.
I told the doctor what I wanted in my body and the doctor gave me all the information about the surgery. At first I was wondering if they would be able to fulfill all my wishes. The doctor made me feel very comfortable with his talk. I trusted.
I waited 2 months to comment. I wanted to see the clear result and the result is perfect. Everything turned out exactly as I wanted.
I had some swelling in the first 2 days after the surgery, but it passed in a short time.. I refer all my friends
The whole team helps you 24/7. They always supported me after I returned to my home.

I wanted to have an eye surgery. I met Sam while I was researching. Buse helped me a lot. She asked for my eye reports, other companies didn't even ask. Doctor looked my eye report and suggest a Trifocal Lens Replacement Surgery. They are really Professional. I asked all my questions to the surgeon and he answered all my questions. The Doctor is honest. He wasn’t talk about just for the positive side. Also he talked about risks. Of course, every surgery have risks and i knew it. But The risks were minimal. Machine brand and doctor experince is really important at this point. Buse was always with me. Consultation, tests,surgery…
When you arrive at the airport, you will see other companies car. Only SAM car is VIP. All the other are big bus. More than 5-10 patients use 1 bus. My car is private and also have mini fridge to drink something and free wifi. You will feel special.

They have thought of everything from a to z. The hotel was perfect. I walked wherever I wanted.
Hospital have high technology devices. All devices are new .

I came to have Gastric Bypass surgery with my friend. After a nice welcome at the airport, they took us to the hospital. Our room was ready at the hospital and they gave us a big room as we were 2 people.
Our doctor came to our room, met us and answered all our questions. He gave information about the operation and after care.
Before the operation, 5 different doctors examined us. We always had a translator with us and we had all our examinations and analyzes quickly without waiting in line.
After the examination and analysis results, our doctor came back to the room and informed us. I was suitable for gastric bypass. He told my friend that gastric sleeve surgery was more appropriate. My friend got Gastric sleeve. We were very lucky because the doctor was able to perform 2 surgeries and suggested the most suitable surgery for us.
The doctor only cares about your health. Gastric bypass surgery is more expensive than sleeve surgery. The doctor performed sleeve surgery for my friend instead of bypass and SAM paid the difference immediately.
3-4 hours after the operation, they started us to walk. They gave all the necessary medicines.
One day later, they gave us a device to do breathing exercises.
Every day the doctor and sam team came to visit.
On our last day, they gave us protein powders, vitamins and medicines for free.
We were discharged from the hospital and went to our hotel in a nice car again. The hotel was amazing.

I have talked with many companies for my sleeve surgery. I have researched and it was the only company that provided 4 nights of hospital accommodation. My health is important. Gökmen is amazing medical consultant. He answered my all quesiton . He always fast reply. They even helped me buy plane tickets. At the airport landing, a vehicle with wifi and the driver were waiting for me with a White board. My name was written on White board. The car was really beautiful. I went straight to the hospital. My room was on the top floor. Gökmen came in the morning, he was very understanding. Doctor answered all my questions. Everything was perfect.

2 years ago, I applied to more than 10 clinics for dental treatment. One of them was SAM. Unfortunately I was treated in another city as I was looking for the cheapest price. SAM has told me many times that quality is important.Dentist experience is important. But I didn't listen to Sam and went to another clinic. They took extra money from me at the clinic They treated me wrong. The location and angles of the implants were wrong.
So I contacted SAM again and they did my treatment again. SAM is really Professional and succesfull dentist. She have fixed all my teeth. I’m very happy now!
I recommend SAM to everyone. Don't make mistakes like me and choose SAM from the beginning.
