Tummy Tuck & Breast Lift Izmir

I travelled to Izmir on 10/09/23 for a tummy tuck and a breast lift. I am now 3 weeks post op, I still have a small amount of swelling obviously, however I am back to feeling pretty much normal, I am very happy with the results so far!

This is the third time I have travelled to Izmir and used this Company. The hospital is really nice and constantly being cleaned and the staff were all very nice. As I was in Turkey there were clearly some who couldn't speak English however they just used google translate and we were sorted!

Buse organises everything for me she is very helpful and has alot of patience! I met Emre this trip aswell he is a very nice young man, told me alot about the City when we were driving.

I would not hesitate to go back.

First class service from start to finish

At first I was apprehensive and a little concerned with having my eyes operated on. On arrival to Turkey I was met by a very friendly gentleman who drove me to a quality hotel. I first met the SAM team on day one. They transported me to the nearby Clinic where I met the surgeon. The operation went well so I was relieved and after about 8 weeks my eyesight has improved to a level where I don’t need glasses for anything. The whole time I was there the Sam team were very professional and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend Sam as a first class outfit and arranging quality qualified medical professionals to assist me with my Len replacement surgery.

5 star service

I was made to feel at ease and I felt this was important .The Dr spoke very good English amd allways explained everything the nurses were very caring .Dietician also explained everything and Sam services were with you every step of the way . I am now nearly 4 months po and lost over 7 stone

LASIK Eye surgery a success

Not everything went to plan but there were solutions in place. Everything was on point and on time and didn't have to wait for long for anything. I'm recommending this service to other people.

The staff of "Sam patient services "…

The staff of "Sam patient services " where with me every step of the way.. I knew what was happening throughout my time. In Turkey. The follow up was Brilliant. Very nice and Informative young men and women.. I would recommend Sam Patient services.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Arranged to have Lumineers done and when I got there I was told I was only having them on the top teeth. As a very nervous patient I have now been told my teeth are going to be shaved into stumps!

It was painful beyond belief and very traumatic, there was blood dripping down my chin and I was shaking with the pain.

The lady kept shouting “open open” through all my sobbing.

I wasn’t given any temporary teeth for 5 days!!! The pain was excruciating!

When they fitted the teeth, again it was painful as I do have sensitive teeth but this was on another scale.

I have been traumatised by the whole experience. 3 months later there are gaps in the veneers, letting bacteria in. I can’t even smile as when air catches the teeth it feels like I’ve eaten an ice cream its that painful!

I have had infection after infection.

I contacted Sam’s patient services about going back to sort the teeth and they are not interested whatsoever.

So here I am in agony and regret the whole procedure! I have pictures I wish I could upload!

Absolutely gutted I thought this was going to be a positive experience.

Dear Gillian,

When you first came here, your x-ray was taken and you were evaluated by our dentist. The most appropriate treatment plan was prepared for you and started after you accepted it.

Since you have undergone cancer treatment in your medical history, the heavy medications you use negatively affect gum and oral health. While a normal patients adaptation period takes 1-2 weeks, the process is longer in your case. This has nothing to do with our treatment.

You mentioned that you had pain during the procedure and that there was blood in your mouth, First of all, bleeding occurs in such treatments. All over the world, bleeding occurs in dental treatments and surgical interventions, this cannot be prevented.

In dental procedures, the mouth must be open in order to continue the treatment, the reason why our dentist was saying "open" couple of times is because she needs to remind patients to stay that way.

While we give temporary teeth to all of our approximately 200+ patients for dental treatment per year, the reason why we do not give them to you is the treatment you have chosen and the negativity of your oral and dental health due to your medical history. Our doctor explained it to you at the beginning of your treatment and you accepted it. While we give temporary teeth to 200+ patients a year, we do not give you temporary teeth. This is because the oral structure and treatment of each patient is different.

You said that you were very happy and satisfied in your videos and photos at the end of the treatment. You thanked everyone many times before you left here.

Your situation is different from other patients as we mentioned above, our dentist told you to brush your teeth 3 times a day and do mouthwash before you leave. Your gum health was not good before we started treatment. You know that if the doctor's recommendations are not followed, problems may occur. Every patient may experience such problems if they do not pay the necessary attention to their teeth after treatment.

A good company stands behind their work. We also said that you can come back if you want and our dentist can do a physical evaluation again.

Treated like a King

Here is my review for SAM patient services. After initial contact with Rumeysa and her giving me a fantastic quote for 24 crowns, a Rhynoplasty, a face and neck lift. I asked her so many questions and everyone of them was answered promptly and so professionally, I knew this was the company I would use for my treatment.
Flew out on the 12th of July, picked up at the airport in a lovely Mercedes, definitely a great start. Taken to a lovely Hotel.
The next day I met the beautiful Rumeysa and went over the details of when my procedures would take place.
Taken to the Dentist by wonderful young man called Emre, his English like Rumeysa’s was probably better than mine. Both Rumeysa and Emre looked after me so well and are an absolute credit to SAM.
24 new crowns on my teeth, they looked and felt amazing.
Taken to the hospital for my surgery by Emre where we met Rumeysa and met the most lovely Surgeon whose English was exceptional and his calm manner made me feel so sure this was the right man for the job.
Surgery went very well, the treatment I received was absolutely first class.
I’ve been home three weeks now and everything is looking great and I’m very happy indeed.
Even after getting home Rumeysa has been checking up on my progress and making sure I am doing good.
Rumeysa and Emre looked after so well I cannot speak highly enough of them, two of the nicest people you could ever meet, I thank you so much for looking after me the way you did.

Excellent / highly recommend / fantastic care

Excellent communication before and after. Treatment in hospital was fantastic and worked so hard. Surgeon spoke English which was really good and so did a lot of the nurses. Was really taken care of and everything was very well explained. Would recommend to anyone

What a great job Sam’s Patients done of…

What a great job Sam’s Patients done of my teeth! A massive transformation! The whole procedure ran like clock-work from start to finish & my new teeth are amazing! The customer service was great, the transfers to & from airport & clinics were always on time. The dental staff were warm & friendly & funny! My main point of contact was Gokmen, who was great along with his two female colleagues! I would highly recommend to family & friends! Good work guys!

dr Ezgi Aydin Sam patient serv.

Sam patient services and dr. Ezgi Aydin are so very, very profesional dentist in beautiful Izmir 🇹🇷❤️ all staff and team is very helpful. My hotel is huge so I had beautiful view on the city and mountains and was so close, 3 mins walking but the team looks after you and provides transport to the clinic👌🏼

Amazing experience from start to finish…

Amazing experience from start to finish with SAMS. Staff could not do enough to help and the level of cleanliness was fab. A big thank you to the co-ordinators who checked in on us every day, and helped with any questions or queries we had. I’m currently 3 weeks post op and the aftercare is still continuing with follow up check in texts etc. I was dubious about going to Turkey for surgery but rest assured my experience was of a very high standard and would recommend to all. Truly Truly Wonderful!!

I travelled to Turkey for Trifocal Lens Replacement surgery in March with Sam Patient Services and I have to say that they truly are an amazing group of people who take great care of you from start to finish. Hamed was my guide/interpreter and he was truly wonderful. An amazing young man with a wonderful personality. A joy to have known. I was escorted to and from the hospital/clinic/airport. The Ramada Encore where I stayed was excellent as was their staff also. Everything was just perfect all round. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I always recommend them to everyone I meet. Again Sam Patient Services THANK YOU!!!

My daughter used sams patients in…

My daughter used sams patients in turkey for gastric sleeve I went with her out standing service from satay to finish
The nurses were brilliant very attentive at all times surgery went fantastic great pain relief in place at all times surgeon was very hands on didn’t ask nurse to do anything did it himself and visited my daughter twice a day
And as for sams patient staff there fantastic nothing a problem for them done any translation needed got anything my daughter needed even took me and another lady out shopping for few hours would highly recommend them and hospital and sent home with a great goody bag full of protein drinks and meds and bottle etc and this is second hospital I have been to with my family and I have had some I. Uk myself so I speak from experience highly highly recommend them x

Paineless and 1st class experience

The whole experience was simole and supported from start to finish. Great team anabled us to secure a good pricr, supported pre op by answering any and all questions. When we arrived was met and transferred ad promised. Looked after extremely well by the medical staff, and the hotel post op was amazing. Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou. 1st class

Pleasant experience

For someone who has got a phobia about needles I can’t recommend SAM PS highly enough. I came from the UK for a HT very nervous. The team at SAMS soon put me at ease. I was initially contacted by the very helpful Gokmen after enquiring online. Gokmen answered all my questions and put me at ease about the procedure as he himself has had a hair transplant. I was worried about the pain of the injections as I have read about other people going for this procedure and complaining about the pain. I needn’t have worried because the team at SAMS numbed the area first with numbing cream so I felt hardly any pain at all. Just a slight discomfort that I could easily handle. All in all a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SAMS.
