Recently, I ordered the Sera coat online. I was very pleased with the coat and wanted to wear it, especially with the colder temperatures now. However, I discovered that the coat was unfortunately damaged on the side. I emailed the customer service with this problem, with attached some photos. They responded within 1 day and told me that I could return the coat and order a new one. What a great service! I would order here again definitely.

I ordered a jumper to be sent to me in the UK. The courier company website showed a problem with my delivery address and stated that it couldn't be delivered so I contacted Customer service at Samsoe for assistance. I was fortunate to have Cecilie look into the problem and she responded to me immediately with information that allowed the situation to be resolved. The issue was with the carrier, not Samsoe. I was offered a voucher for my next purchase which I've now used. I would like to make sure Cecilie gets recognition from the company as she's an absolute asset to the organisation. She's a star ⭐️. I will make future purchases with complete confidence knowing that I'm dealing with an ethical and responsible retailer. (and I love my purchases).

I bought a sweater 145$ CAD. On the first wash I put a very gentle stain remover (that I normaly use on silk) on a small stain. Now after one wash the neck is all curly and where I put the stain remover all the color is gone. So now its a green sweater with a huge white stain. It is the cheapest piece of clothing I ever owned and a huge waste of money

Bought a dress of 170 EUR, could only wear it once since the fabric totally frayed out and the lining ripped through. Customer service was not helpfull. On their website they claim to make clothes that can be valued for years to come, not true at all.

I ordered an item which I paid €20 to have delivered to my address. When it hadn’t arrived 12 days later-I contacted them by eMail. They forwarded a copy of the GLS Tracking Screen showing it delivered. I reverted saying I hadn’t received it and they suggested I check with my neighbours.
I checked with all 11 fellow neighbours -no result.
Next afternoon, I found it dropped off at my neighbour’s door -lying in the rain, with an inadequate address on it.
I eMailed Samson & Samson Customer Care again, attaching a copy of the ‘wrong’ address and a copy of the Invoice inside the package with my correct address asking them who was responsible?
They responded to the effect ‘nothing to do with them’……
I am so angry, disappointed and can hardly believe how debonair and indifferent they are….
NEVER again will I support such a shoddy Operation-SHAME on their supposed ‘Customer Care Team’ who don’t care at all.

I had some issues with a delivery of my order but the customer service team was extremely helpful and sorted everything out with the carrier. They’ve always been so helpful when I’ve had questions regarding my orders. Excellent products and excellent service!

As per other customers' experiences below, S&S sent out a parcel to the wrong address. I am at 196 and it went to 19. They asked me to go to the "neighbour" to see if my parcel was there - but it was a mile away - hardly a neighbour! And it was a commercial office and never open. I visited no 19 twice to no avail. I called the organisation that had space there but they said they don't have the parcel. I was in touch with S & S customer care several times to update them but they said they would give me a refund after a Parcelforce investigation. They then asked me to sign a disclaimer to say I hadn't got the item - which I thought was really rude given this was not my fault. I felt that the whole customer service experience was lacking unfortunately - with the onus on me to find the parcel.
Update: I now have my refund.

Really positive experience where Samsoe Samsoe retroactively applied a 10% discount which I had been unable to apply to the purchase on the site...and they were super quick and nice about it!!!
I really want to love that brand. I love their design and have been buying consistently and I have been a loyal customer.
I take really good care of every item I buy from that brand (I mean they are not cheap ! So you gentle wash, and care) but every time I have been disappointed.
My majan shirts seams starts to break and cause holes
My Milly shirt seams have loosen and the fabric end looks like an old rag now :(
And my last buy, the ANOUR wool sweater has a whole between the seam of the sleeve and the arm.
Overall the seams do not hold! That’s for me a prove of bad quality clothing and should not happen for such pricey items… :(
