My original vinyl arrived damaged from shipping. When I contacted you about that, you were so nice and offered to send me a replacement vinyl. I really appreciate that especially since it’s being shipped from overseas. That was above and beyond kind of you.

Every time I deal with Sandbag customer service I get a run around. They never have the info on my items that get delayed for months and they never send shipping confirmation so I can be prepared for the package to arrive. This time I received a damaged item and get nothing but run around from from them.

This company has to be a scam
Ordered a faithless splatter vinyl and tee shirts in June for release on Sept 5
Still no tee or vinyl
No response from message on phone
No response to 2 messages on the online form
No response to three emails sent
Terrible
Have called 10 times now no response for a company whose customer service is open 9-10pm shocking please avoid like the plague

When I made request to change delivery address, my request was sorted out within a few days. Email said that the representative will contact me within a day but as they are busy too it took a bit longer. At least I didn't had to fill in any forms after waiting. As per information given in a first email from them I will use adresas change form. If there's a next time.

Communication is key and it's something I highly value when making any online purchases. Louise's speedy response to an error I made on my end was very impressive. I needed to change my shipping address last night, and first thing this morning, she had emailed letting me know she corrected the error. Way to go, Louise!
For many years I have made many purchases from Misfits.com which uses Sandbag as a distributor. I am always satisfied with merch quality, pricing, and cost/speed of shipping.

Ordered t-shirts from the UK Black Sabbath store which is operated by Sandbag. A week passed so I queried the despatch time. Maddy responded very quickly to explain the t-shirts are print to order and there are also very high volumes of orders right now. T-shirts arrived (11 days total) and are excellent quality. If you want a Black Sabbath t-shirt I think these are the best designs and quality you can get.

The people at Sandbag help are awesome. I received a damaged item, which was not their fault. The damage was the result of the US Postal Services unbelievably bad handling of the item. Within only one day Sandbag offered to send a new replacement for the damaged CD. I wish all customer service was this responsive!

I ordered a lithograph from Black Sabbath and it had a bend in it that I couldn’t get out. I sent them a message and the next day they were able to rectify the situation and got a new one on the way. Friendly and straight to the point what more could one want from customer service. Top notch!

Everyone I have ever dealt with on this website is extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't have my order number and they still were able to help me with my issue. Also, Radiohead is the greatest band of all time. Been a huge fan for going on 30 years. Thank you for everything.
