I accidentally ordered nine copies of an album. I actually only wanted to order three copies. I didn't realize my mistake until I received an email from my credit card for the transaction. When I realized my mistake I reached out right away to the company via the customer contact form. It was a Saturday night. I had assumed I was tough out of luck because of the mistake being my own. On Monday morning I received an email from the company telling me they had adjusted my order down to only three copies and were refunding me the difference. I was so shocked and amazed at their response. I am so so so thankful that they have such excellent customer service. They got back to me so fast and were so friendly. I can't say enough about them. Thank you again.

I had to cancel a preorder of quite a pricey vinyl as I’d overstretched myself financially. Sent in the request on the contact form and within half an hour they had processed the refund! Fantastic customer service at a time a really needed it!

I had an issue with an incorrect shipping address (autocorrect) and the issue was resolved quickly. I had gotten worried/paranoid when I still saw the wrong address, so I reached out again to make sure it was headed to the correct location; and was quickly assured that is was. :)

Pre-ordered an item in their shop and after a failed delivery it got returned to sender. I desperately turned to customer service as soon as I noticed something was off about the delivery since I really wanted the item, for which I have been waiting for for months by that point and which was sold out on the site. I told them what happened and politely asked them to re-send it to me which was declined a few days later without further attempts to solve the issue. I got the refund quickly but I am - to this day - very upset that the item - which upon being returned was technically still available and reserved for me, couldn't have been simply re-sent. My last two mails regarding the issue were never replied to by the helpdesk-team which forced me to accept a situation that could've been solved and would've made me a happy customer instead of someone who will remember and avoid this store in the future.

I recently ordered three items from the Pulp online store. Two items arrived successfully, but my third item was missing. I reached out to Sandbag and received a quick response. They apologized for the error and corrected the mistake immediately. They shipped my missing item free of charge. Wonderful, fast, and courteous service. The customer service was exceptional, my faulty disc was replaced immediately, unfortunately the replacement isn't much better, it doesn't jump but it has lots of very annoying clicks on it.
