Professional and positive customer care responses

Unfortunately, the record I ordered arrived with postal damage, but I was given a full refund without hesitation. Have ordered from artists using Sandbag before and the experience has always been very positive, even if a problem has arisen.

I sadly recived a faulty vinyl, but once i told the sandbag helpdesk about it, they did everything to make it right, sadly the vinyl is sold out, so i got a refund. It was quick and they were very helpful

I ordered a shirt from their site but…

I ordered a shirt from their site but after a few days it still hadn't shipped. I contacted their customer service and they responded within just a few business hours of my inquiry with an update and a reason why it hadn't shipped yet. I greatly appreciate the quickness of their response and the friendly way in which it was relayed.

Impressed with rapid rectification of missing item

After notifying that one of my purchased bundle items was missing from the delivery, Sandbag were super prompt with verification that it was due to a picking error prior to item despatch. I received the missing item within a week. I am super impressed and thankful as I am all the way in Melbourne, Australia.

Digital download refund

Mistakenly ordered digital download instead of cd.
Didn't realise until weeks later when purchase hadn't arrived.
Within 24hrs of contacting to see what could be done I was given a no quibble refund.
