Ordered a vinyl from the Hayley Williams store on 6th November. Order number HWUK4963. Got an email the next day saying there was a production delay and that stock was expected early the following week. Well the following week passed and then some with no dispatch email, no update, nothing. I filled out the contact form on the website on Thursday 13th asking for an update, response time is supposed to be 1 working day. I have not received a response and it has now been 3 working days. I am extremely frustrated and feel I am being ignored. I ordered this BEFORE release and am still empty handed two weeks later.

Had to interact with them as the customer service agents for a book pre-order I had purchased and they were always very efficient. Only one gal was a little robotic, but otherwise she answered my question. I was overall very pleased with them and they were also efficient.
