I had a very positive experience with this company’s customer support.
The backrest of my previous chair broke, so I contacted their support team for assistance. First, they sent me a replacement backrest, but unfortunately it turned out not to be compatible with my chair. After I reported the issue, they handled the situation quickly and professionally, and arranged to send me a completely new chair.
The entire process was smooth, fast, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction.

I bought my 420-38 Power Bank back in March 2022. It served me well ever since. It's capacity is still as good as it used to be. When I noticed a few cracks in the outer shock resistant shell in June 2025 I turned to the customer service asking for a repair. Received an istant reply offering a replacement.
Excellent and durable products and outstanding customer service build a solid foundation for the Sandberg brand.

I bought a Sandberg mini DVD burner in 2021 as part of a new computer set up. For some reason, it wouldn't work with my laptop when I tried to connect it this year. I contacted Sandberg and within 15 minutes had a response from Jesper Erik Raun. He advised me that they would send me a new DVD burner, as the original product was still under warranty. I provided my address details and received a brand new product. Unfortunately, the courier company let us both down and the item took over one month to arrive. However, Jesper was in touch throughout this process and I am very happy with the customer service I experienced. This is how it should be done!

I forgot to make a review, I was supposed to make it long time go
I was looking for a mouse that is similar to my old mouse that unfortunately is a bit defective now due to time and I was so sad and desperate that I couldn't find exactly the same mouse..and I've found their mouse Sandberg 630-06 that looks exactly as mine! I was curious on how this mouse feels and what sounds it makes when pressing the buttons, whether it's plastic or rubber and I wrote message to them asking about this, sent them videos and etc and we had a lot of messages with their support and for some reason they decided to make me a present and sent me that mouse for free! Like a present for the Christmas or New Year (that was back in December)

The mouse is very great, feels nice in the hand, the buttons tight, makes sounds like normal mouse, works great. The only thing is it feels a bit slower than others..My old mouse had 800dpi as the slowest (I usually use that) and this is supposed to have 1000dpi as the slowest I think but feels a bit slower and you need to move it more with your hand if you need to scroll somewhere much
But everything else is perfect, thank you so much! <3
