Beautiful, useful products- I've really enjoyed my surf poncho for parking lot changes out of a wetsuit. I wish that they kept the popular colorways and prints in better stock. I've checked back multiple times for certain colors/prints and they never seem to be back in stock.

Where do I begin
Where do I begin? Started with receiving only one towel instead of two. Was told we can't ship you just one towel. . . um, you just did. Returned, received the two towel bundle, then I received another two towel bundle. I reported that I received a second delivery. Between the two issues, there were 22 emails. Why can't the same CSR handle a customer's issue? Because of multiple different people involved, I had to constantly repeat myself and obviously that's why I received two shipments. Not everyone is honest, so I wonder how much inventory you've lost. In the end, again because of poor communication (oh, and I was consistently being addressed by the wrong name), I was not sent a return label for the second delivery. You need to get your customer service under control. BTW, the reason I bought your towel because it was advertised as drying quickly. It does not. We are in our hot tub every AM and the next morning, the towels are still damp and we live in Arizona! An update to my review: Although my experience was frustrating, by reaching out to me, Sand Cloud did make everything right and acknowledge they need to do some work on their CS and communication.
