A rare find these days- great customer service
Discovered S&R jewellers searching for websites selling branded second hand jewellery. And what a find! I have now purchased a gorgeous diamond ring, Tiffany earrings and Bulgari necklace. Very happy with my purchases, amazing prices, speedy delivery and great communication. Jeanette is very helpful and also the ladies at the Victoria Street shop. I would definitely recommend S&R Jewellers, don't get scared buying online, if you have any questions, just ask.

After stalking a Piaget necklace…
After stalking a Piaget Possession diamond &18k platinum necklace on the website for literally months, I went back one day this week to see it was on a great sale.
And I also saw a £100 discount offer to boot.
I immediately phoned & left a message, as well as WhatsApp’d them.
Not hearing back for several hours, I called later that afternoon & reached the extremely helpful Jeanette. I cheekily asked if I could put the £100 discount on top of the sale price.
After checking with the head of department, she called me back & said yes, if I sent a bank transfer. BOOM!
She sent me their details in 30 minutes & 40 minutes later the deed was DONE.
The necklace was cleaned & polished for me the next day, then shipped out for special delivery by Royal Mail.
And voila, this morning I gratefully received my beautifully packaged Piaget necklace in the original box, with its genuine certificate to prove provenance. Inspecting it carefully, it looks like it has never been worn, or at most worn only once.
I could have deducted a half-star for the slow return of my messages, but the service otherwise was so excellent, I won’t.
Because within 36 hours I’m wearing my amazing necklace.

Independent jewellers super stylish rare vintage pieces
Do visit this wonderful gem of a jewellers I purchased a vintage cartier ring at amazing value. I got a call from a lovely sales person despite it being an online purchase. It arrived the next day in a beautiful Cartier box with a leather bound certificate. A vintage Russian wedding ring -other online global brands offering imitations at the same price. A wonderful experience all round. Their watches and rings are outstanding cant recommend them highly enough
