I needed a deep clean to remove all the dust and grime after 6 months of building works as my partner is asthmatic. The team from S&S did a brilliant job. They cleaned every surface including books on shelves. They transformed the house which feels fresh, clean and liveable in again. Thank you Sophie and team.

We have used this company twice now. First time for an end of tenancy clean. Not one issue was picked up regading cleanliness on the march out inspection... The second was following an absoulute rip off job (done by Mr & Mrs Scrub Ltd *avoid at all costs). They stepped in for us and rectified all the issues picked up at short notice....Great company, great staff, can't recommend enough. Landlord.

To begin with the cleaners came late after already changing the time they initially proposed from morning to afternoon. They didn't contact us to let us know they are running late. Once they arrived they seemed surprised we had furtniture in the house even though I have previously explained we will have some furniture in the rooms but we will ensure they are empty. We left all of our things in boxes after the move for longer than we've planned just to make sure the cleaning goes smoothly. I showed the cleaners around to ensure they know exactly what needs cleaning, even though we previously agreed it's a whole house deep clean including carpet wash. I just wanted to make sure they know exactly what we would like them to focus on. They didn't clean everything and missed areas where they were cleaning e.g. top shelf in main wardrobe was still fully covered with dust. Before they left they boasted how easy the clean was and even told us they are leaving earlier then they normally would.

Sophie and her team were fantastic! Lots of energy and very professional. Without even showing her around she knew straight away what to do. It was pretty dirty following some renovation work but it’s now spotless! She gives it everything and you can tell she really cares about the service she and her team gives. I thought she was great -would highly recommend and use again!
