I'm Quite pleased
This San Martin titanium watch arrived in excellent condition and keeps very accurate time. This watch will be in daily use for a Airline Pilot. Quality seems great so far but I will report back if anything changes. One disappointment was the cheap black plastic box that it arrived in, not befitting a watch of this price. I expected better in that regard.

INCREDIBLE!!! I have 21 watches, two of which are very high end, and the San Martin SN0121T may be my favorite daily wear! It is excellent in every way! The build quality is great, the power reserve lasts a long time, it is thinner than the Tudor Pelagos 39, has 100 meters more water resistance (depending on the model) and has a date window! I could not be more pleased with this watch! My wrist size fluctuates pretty drastically throughout the day and the way the claps can adjust multiple times, quickly, has made this a non issue now! I can't say enough good things about this watch! Very fast and careful shipping! Thank you! Oh and the lume is very bright too!

San Martin 'UK warehouse'
Ordered a watch from the UK warehouse six days ago. San Martin claim 3-5 days delivery.
I am not convinced the watch is, or indeed was ever even in the UK in the first place. The order is STILL pending after 6 days under a .4PX suffix which suggests it is being shipped from China.
l will request a refund if the order is still pending tomorrow

San Martin watches... are among my favorites. I own Certina, Squale, Marathon, LIV, Steinhart, Bulova, Seiko and more.. I have over 60 in my collection. My San Martin automatics are as accurate, if not more accurate than any of my Swiss watches. ..and IMHO San Martin homages of Seiko are better than Seiko originals. Most of my SM watches are dive watches, and they are EXCELLENT in all aspects. The website is alsp easy to use, and has always made accurate orders for me.

What Customer Service?
I purchased three watches from San Martin: their GMT with the white “sand beach” dial, the diver with the gray gradient dial, and their manual pilot watch with small seconds. I like all of them, and never had to contact customer support in any way, shape or form.
Unfortunately, my luck ran out on the fourth purchase: the Pelagos clone with a blue dial.
Tracking info stopped updating a week ago; so obviously the watch was lost in transit. No problem, just contact San Martin, and they’ll send another one. This is my fourth purchase after all.
Trying to get ANY response whatsoever from San Martin is absolutely futile. From the website you are directed to the online chat. However, after multiple messages, I have received exactly ZERO responses. Not a peep. Not even an acknowledgement that I exist. OK, how about an email to their sales department (emails not allowed in these reviews)? Still silence.
Apparently, their customer service department is a mirage. Buyer beware.
