San Martin Watch Store Reviews 

I have had three previous watches from san martin which were all good quality, however this time I received a dud and they could not be less interested. Very squeaky bracelet, very stiff winding movement which wont hold a wind, no screw down for the crown which they say there should be, and the supplied screwdriver snapped when adjusting the bracelet which has scratched the bracelet. The loud squeaking alone makes it unwearable but the only responses I'm getting from them are to clean my brand new watch and take it to a watchmaker. Very disappointed with the service,you'll see a lot of good reviews out there about their watches as usually they are very good for the money but if yours is one of the bad ones be warned they will fob you off and you will be stuck with it!

Excellent customer service, fast shipping. I own 3 San Martin watches and I'm very pleased with their quality and timekeeping. Will definitely buy more in the future.

I originally ordered "In Stock" items AND received an email with FedEx consignment number, stating my goods were "on the way".

After a week no packet received at FedEx. On chasing I was told the goods were "out of stock" and they would be "sending soon".

They have basically lied twice about this order! That is extremely poor business practice. I would advise all to steer clear of this mob.

Great watch! Arrived in good time and looks beautiful. The NH35 movement keeps accurate time so far - better than my ETA 2824 watch.

Great looking watch, nice materials, although a little sharp at edges. Very difficult to remove the watch steel bracelet. The main issue is that the crown will not push in when setting the watch. It takes a lot of fiddling to push back without the second hand moving. So the watch sits in the drawer. The watch was cheapish but wouldn’t buy Chinese again. Buy from other affordable micro brands like Timefactors or Farer where they have high standards of quality control and care about the end customer.

Great value for money and service (communication & tracking)

Very high quality watches…seriously…$4,000 look and “feel” with $300 price tag. (Rolex, Omega, GP, et.al. in my watch collection already and I must admit I was skeptical with my first San Martin watch purchase.) FEDEX shipments to US take a few days. Watch is wrapped in protective plastic and arrives in pristine condition. Couldn’t be happier and eager to see all the new San Martin designs!

High end homage watches. Really beautiful homage watches and some independent designs. The quality control is always first rate.

I bought a “vintage rolex submariner “ which is nicely made with quality materials but the bezel doesn’t line up correctly. It’s off centre. This won’t bother some people but it really irritates me.
