Perfect service and clothing
Bought two tees and they are perfect, good quality and exactly what i expected. There was a little ‘damage’ to the print when taking it out of the packaging but I ironed it inside out and it looks good. Will definitely order from them again!

They shipped me the wrong item and I tried to get in touch with them via email but had more success via instagram. Once I got in contact with them and explained the error they took action & really good care of me. I wish this young brand continued success.

Ordered a hoodie and it came with a little damage on the print. I contacted them via instagram and they sent me a new one.Very good service and overall the hoodie quality is very good.👍🏻

Awful service
Awful service. Returned a parcel a month ago. Have REPEATEDLY contacted their team through email and instagram with NO response or resolution. I am still awaiting an £85 refund. Completely ridiculous and do not recommend.

Regarding the item you received, all our products go through extremely detailed quality checks before being packaged and sent. We were just as surprised about this as we have never received such feedback in the past.
Regarding the communication, although we initially responded to your Instagram message within two hours, we would request you to understand that, as shown on the website, our client services team is not available over the weekend.
The solution we provided, to send you a replacement tee, was accepted and therefore put into motion that same day but needed some time to process - in this case being the next business day.
Please note that your order could not be fulfilled as the tee had sold out and we therefore refunded you during our conversation. Although it may not have passed our quality checks, we still hope you enjoy the gifted tee!
We thank you nonetheless for your feedback and hope you have enough faith to order from us again.

I receveid the confirmation order mail but didn't receive any since for 3 months I have being waiting.
I sent countless mails to the support mail but no answer.
I am also being ghosted on Instagram.

The delay was due to a technical issue in their website,
Got my order, and even got refunded as a gesture.
