I reached out to Luke regarding sourcing private health cover for a client, and he made the entire process from start to finish so simple and hassle-free!
This turned out to be less straightforward than we anticipated due to a few hurdles that were no fault of Sante Group, but even still the service level was top.
Luke was informative, responsive and efficient - could not ask for much more really.

From the initial contact to having my heart procedure was very smooth. I was aware that at each stage of the process I knew exactly where I was.

Private Medical Insurance
I dealt with Nikki Thomson who handled my enquiry in a prompt and professional manner. I had previously used another Firm of Health Insurance advisors but Nikki provided recommendations which were considerably more favourable than renewal terms to hand. Pleased with this company’s service when they helped me to renew my health insurance policy. They had a short time to deliver a report on my options. They did well in giving a comprehensive report and I was able to renew in time.
