We haven't used a broker before for our Company Healthcare. We decided to let Nugent look at our renewal, and they saved us a lot of money and covered all the options for us. Dan was extremely helpful and the rest of the team too.

Admin needs improvement to get service right
After failing to get back to me having promised to do so within a week, 3 week’s later I contacted them and an admin error meant they had lost my application. This did not impress me but eventually when they got their act together did a good job

Overall Positive Experience!
This is the first time using a broker for our Company Healthcare. When we originally set it up I did the research but using Nugent has been great. We were too close to renewal to change providers but they did get us a discount which is always great.
We will also be using them to get more from our provider and explore other team benefits
