I placed an order in August 2024 and NEVER received it. Like others have said after many back and forth emails I never got my money back. I hope they are reading this review because I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau!!

This company is a scam company. They change their website name every couple of months as I’m still on their mailing list and can see this! They also slightly change the exact name of their business online regularly. They don’t have an official instagram account. I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing from them.

I bought a swim set for May 2024 which never arrived. After many lies and emails back and forward (I sent 10 emails) until September they advised me to go the bank as they couldn’t give me my money back despite eventually admitting it was ‘lost’. They have informed me it is too late to raise a dispute due to being over 3 months so I should have reported them sooner. My order was £60 which isn’t lots but I had to reorder from another company as the item was for my hen do.

Frustrating that they seem to get away with ripping people off!

Sent my packages to wrong address on purpose. Then they tell you they will send an gift card. Pure scam I see it already. They also gave FedEx the Wrong Address and tracking number. That's how they get you. Then they offer you 150 percent off and gift card. Total scam. Call your credit card company and try to get it reversed before they send it to them

I placed an order in March. Never received it. After emailing them two months later they said they couldn’t give a refund and will check on my order..no response. In July I contacted them again asking for my money back and they said they’re sending a refund. No refund. Contacted them again last month and they gave me a gift card but sent me the wrong tracking number. They promised a refund again and I have not received anything. These people are fraudulent, would NOT recommend.

I wish i had checked trustpilot before, now everything is clear for what i read on this page. I made an order in July 2024 and the same happend to me, it never arrived and i never got the refund. I had to call my bank to get the money back and i hope they got what they deserve pretty soon!

SCAMMED OUT OF OVER $450 there orders never recieved . Emailed them got pretend assurances back. They even said there bad reviews are fake!! In actually fake ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE COMPLETELY FAKE!! Bad karma coming to you!! Con artists in china

Scam site. Reported to Google. They sent me 3 different tracking for packages that ended up in a city 45 minutes from me. Pictures from FedEx show the house, not mine, the actual tracking went to. The package that was in the pics were obviously not missing, as they were much to large for a single piece of clothing. Finally said they cancelled and I would be refunded. Still nothing and it's been 3 months.

Total scam. Reported to bank and apple

They never shipped my dress which was $120. After a lot of follow up and asking about shipping, they finally answer with a tracking number to the wrong address. I don’t think they knew I’d get a photo of the delivery because this package obviously belonged to a different order and of course it wasn’t at my house. I asked for a refund and they said it would take ten days. After ten days of nothing I had to do a chargeback by my bank. The entire ordeal took about a month to resolve.

Save yourself the annoyance and stay away.

I wish I could give negative stars. Never received order, both phone numbers listed by bank and Santorini are NOT IN SERVICE and they won't answer emails. I have claimed FRAUD aginst this company with my bank.

I am an attorney and have practiced law for 15 years in state and federal courts across the country. This website is 100% fraudulent. The “customer service” emails, tracking numbers and “rate our customer response” messages are all fake in order to make you think they might be following up on your lost package. You will spend money and it will never arrive. Any other reviews on this site that say otherwise are fake. DO NOT PURCHASE. Call the better business bureau if you have been scammed by this website.

I’d give zero if I could! Ordered swimming costume, waited two months and it never arrived. Emailed company, they confirmed it had been lost and that they would send me another one. Fast forward 12 days they have not resent it. Received an emailed telling me they had cancelled the order. No refund!

A CLAIM WAS INITIATED, MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY DID A CHARGE BACK AND I RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK!!

I ordered a dress more than 2 months ago and never arrived. I contact them and after weeks they reply and offered me a replacement that never happened. Please be careful, it's a scam.

Forget about getting sizing info on a specific question. I gave up after multiple rounds of emails where the cs team constantly refers me to the $@:#% size chart.
I finally took a chance with a size and ordered over a month ago, and still nothing. The tracking number they provided is not even working and the cs agent tells me ‘not to panick, your order is on the way’.
I am calling my bank right away.
Also, the positive reviews do not refer to any specific product and the wording is similar for each one. They seem so fake!

UPDATE: I demanded a full refund and they replied with a 20% refund offer plus a replacement order, explaining that my order got lost in transit.
However the bathing suit I ordered is no longer posted on their website.
According to their T&C, all sold out items won’t be restocked so how can they offer me a replacement order?
Anyway, I checked with my bank and they will start the chargeback process only after I made an unsuccessful request for a refund. My bank terms are that this must be done within 60 days after the original purchase date. I suppose this is why they feed us these generic apologies and requests for patience, in the hope that the 60-day delay will be expired by the time we realize they frauded us!

2nd UPDATE: Upon contacting my bank again with the full story, the bank agent immediately backcharged the transaction and said that she would negociate with Santorini Styles. She told me it could take 2-3 months to solve the issue, and if she didn’t find any wrongdoing from the merchant she would cancel the backcharge.
A few hours later I got a refund confirmation email from Santorini Styles, most probably thanks to my bank agent 😉 yay!

have yet to receive over a month later. the tracking number just says “label created”. the customer service is a joke also and claims it’s a busy time for them. how is that possible if there’s no other info about this company online or on social media?

lesson learned for myself to not buy cute things in instagram sponsored ads. i really wish they had a better way of vetting out scam sites like this one.

Same with the others here. It’s been 4 weeks since the purchase and nothing is happening to the delivery/shipping side. I ordered a single swimsuit and been in a contact with this retailer’s customer service team for a multiple round of emails. No ETA and there are no available options for refund or to cancel this item. I’ll take the advise from others and will contact my bank to proceed with the dispute on this charge. Do yourself a favor and save the time/money to deal with this site. STAY AWAY! I shop online all the time and I can’t stress enough how horrible they handle the shipping/delivery status with you. I’m seeing many others like me to note that they are not receiving the product in the end. Don’t buy anything from this site. A pure headche over a piece of swimsuit.

Adding another warning here as there are so many suspicious fake reviews here. It turns out this is notorious online retailer fraud based in China. They appear in different business entity and scamming the customers without sending the product and posting fake reviews to induce more people still. The bank forwarded this case with the authorities to request investigation as they are so many similar cases reported. Don’t buy and stay away from this money sucking cheap scheme by fraudulent foreigners.
