Ben and his team are hard working, honest and deliver great customer service. You'd be hard pushed to find a better agency to sell / rent a property with.

I can't recommend the team at SA property highly enough, they were great to deal with and made selling my property a lot less stressful than I was expecting it to be. Ben Thomas came and gave a realistic valuation of my property, and it sold within a week of going on the market. Their communication was excellent throughout, and I found everyone that I dealt with to be friendly yet professional. I would definitely use them again.

They are great at keeping in touch when it is regarding something that may benefit them but almost never respond to emails or requests regarding basic problems in the property. None of the issues with my property have been dealt with in over 6 months. Disappointing!!

We have recently had an offer on our house after it had only been on the market for 5 days with SA property. Ben went out of his way to accommodate us and Cheryl was so polite and helpful. We have now decided to put our rental property up for sale with SA due to their professionalism and efficiency and value for money fees. Very happy dealing with everyone at SA Property, the house sold very quickly so we were on the front foot from the start. The journey through the formalities was fine too. If we had one small criticism, I repeatedly asked for communication between us ( the sellers ) and the couple who bought our house regarding them visiting to sort out details pertinent to the house which we felt was better face to face. Nothing at all was forthcoming from SA Property, which we accepted. When we eventually met the buyers, they said no invite or face to face had been mentioned at all. They said they would have liked to have a chat about various aspects to get things in place, peace of mind etc. Very disappointing and a bit embarrassing for us. We are now communicating regularly with the buyers, helping with various things after the completion date, which we're more than happy to do but for both parties, could have been avoided . In hindsight I wish I'd made contact myself, would have been a much better transition.
