This is the second house I've sold with SA Property and they're still the best traditional estate agency in Swansea in my opinion. I wanted a company that offered a full service including accompanied viewings and this is exactly what I got. The house sold in 5 days for the full asking price and I couldn't have been more pleased. Ben was an excellent advisor in assisting me choose the best buyer for the house and Cheryl showed excellent knowledge of the house when conducting viewings. I would highly recommend using SA Property, they may charge more than internet companies but offer a far superior service and are worth every penny.
