My house had been on the market for 8 years with 3 different agents in my area. Their answer was always just 'reduce, reduce and again reduce'!!!. However. SA Property are very proactive when trying to 'sell' your house and came up with a number of ideas, which after a couple of months of being on their books, resulted in my house eventually being sold and it didn't end there, Ben also liaised between us, the purchaser and my solicitors to make the process run smoothly.
