My experience from start to finish was very straight forward. Harry explained my options to me in detail and took the time to ensure I was happy with the agreement. I have had the car (A Seat Leon) for 2 weeks now, and it is running well and the protective finish I opted for is holding itself very well. I was kept in the loop with regards to bodyshop updates too. Harry's customer service was excellent and I would recommend Sascron to those wishing to buy a car with minimal hassle and multiple well explained options

Me and my wife went in Sascron to purchase a new (used) car on the 2nd August 2025, we had looked online at the vehicles on offer and narrowed our decision to 3.

I spoke with Steve Cornelius on the phone to arrange the viewings on the cars, when we arrived we saw that the cars were ready to be viewed on the forecourt. Steve showed us around the vehicles and answered every question we asked. At the end of the viewings we decided to make a purchase. Steve accommodated this and explained the terms of the finance. We opted to add the preparation and the 3 year warranty onto the car.

We came to collect the car 4 days later and to PX our car(which Steve offered a good price for) explained a couple of queries we had. All paperwork, tax and finance details(which we forgot to sign) were sorted whilst we were there.

Steve was helpful knowledgeable and I would certainly recommend paying him a visit if you’re looking for a vehicle.

My wife and I found Sascron online and we were torn between a BMW or Mercedes. We were greeted by Steve on the phone who arranged us a visit. Upon arrival Steve made us feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble for him. Not only is Steve’s customer service skills next to none, he is also extremely knowledgeable about both vehicles we enquired about.
Sascron itself is a very open welcoming environment and we were under no pressure at any point.
Thanks again Steve and the team. We will be back again when it’s my turn for a new car!

Went to see a car this afternoon and agreed to pay the advertised price after a test drive. However, the AC wasn’t working and I was assured that would be sorted as part of the pre collection inspection process. I then sat down with the salesman who started trying to sell me add ons like warranty and paint protection. I declined them all and said I just wanted to buy the car at the advertised price. He then told me there was a £199 fee for them to prepare it for sale otherwise it would just be sold as is. He got the Sales Manager involved who, frankly, was the epitome of a used car salesman and kept going off and ‘asking his Manager’ for special deals - all of which I declined. I was then told that unless I paid the £199 fee they wouldn’t touch the car (including fixing the AC) so I walked out. Clearly all their margin is in the add ons so unless you know you want them don’t be swayed by the competitive prices. We went down the road and bought a similar model around two hours later……

Highly recommended! Bought a car a few months ago and did experience a few problems with the car at the beginning, but was resolved with no fuss . A big thank you to all the staff who looked after me and a special shout out to Keeley who took extra care to make sure I was well informed at all times.
Will be back to sascron when I am car shopping again!

The purchase process was easy with good communication throughout.

However, the main reason for a 5 star review is for the exemplary assistance we received from the customer service department (Keeley and Josie). Post sale we had an issue with the air conditioning system. Without hesitation we were advised not to worry and reassured that the fault would be rectified. Throughout the process, we where kept informed of the progress of the repair. I would gladly purchase my next car from Sascron.

First class service. I had trouble with my private reg they were more than happy to wait for weeks for me to collect the car

The vehicle we chose has lived up so far to what we expected and on our first visit at no point did we feel pressurised on our decision
After we agreed the terms things did not exactly go well with the finance deal and the collection day especially as I’d flagged the potential issues up before collection date but in fairness they did their best to turn it all around and followed up with promises
So yes I would recommend them and we could not find a better deal on the vehicle model we purchased -the tea though on offer leaves a bit to be desired 😂

First time I have used a car supermarket.
The salesman was very friendly and helpful.
The car was exactly what I was looking for and at what I thought was a good price.
I would consider them again when looking for another vehicle. Would recommend them.

Shown a dirty car at the start. Being practically forced to buy a Warranty with the car. Salesman don’t introduce himself or even ask our names.

Beware of a few things with this company.

1. They will make you leave a deposit. This is NON REFUNDABLE if you chose to back out of the sale
2. They DO NOT let you TEST DRIVE the cars without showing a commitment in the way of signing up to a finance agreement
3. They will take your part exchange for DRIVE when you drop it off WITHOUT PERMISSION.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with and it still makes me so angry thinking about.

Bought a clean low-mileage Mercedes CLA. Test drove it and took it home the same day. On the way home, the engine management light came on. I reported it to SASCRON who organised getting into their workshop to rectify.
They fixed what they thought it was, but it turned out to be something else. They organised to have to looked at by a Mercedes main dealer. Time was running tight as we were due to go on holiday on the following Saturday, and needed the car back. We received regular updates from Andy, the workshop manager, even at 8pm at night when he finally got hold of us.
At time was running out Andy arranged to have the car delivered to our house when it was fixed, which turned out to be the day before we were due to fly out, some 25 miles from the workshop.
Awesome service, the car runs like new.
