Kai made everything super clear and easy. Looking forward to driving the new car.

Agreed to a price which included tidying up the scuffed alloy wheels. Took all day but thought it was worth doing. When eventually done, I was driving away and 5 mins down the car behind me was flashing me - turns out one of the wheels was not properly attached and was wobbling like crazy, moments from coming off. Fortunately I'd not made it to the motorway.

The garage sent a flatbed to recover the vehicle, when I got back to the showroom the salesman refused to accept responsibility and suggested someone may have attempted to steal the wheel in the brief time it was sat in the showroom car park, that being the reason it was not properly fitted!

After pushing the issue they agreed to repair it but I would have to come back and collect it later in the week, so had to get a train home. They kindly dropped me at the train station, said they would reimburse my train fair but never did.

Really shocking and dangerous experience, made 100 times worse by not owning their mistake and trying to BS their way out of it.

We had such a lovely, genuine guy selling us the car - Isaac! He answered all of our questions, was extremely patient with us and super helpful and genuine. I don’t easily trust salesmen and he was amazing! Highly recommend Sascron.

We made an appointment with Kai, from the very start he was very professional and definitely helped us with our choice of vehicle as we had seen this online. We are both working and he made another appointment to suit us which we really appreciated. He is very knowledgeable on the cars that we had chosen which helped tremendously and helped with our final decision. We picked up the car on Saturday 28th June and totally love our new Jaguar. We bought some extras which he explained perfectly and were given a nice discount. We will definitely go back and also tell others of our experience.

Me and my wife only came to look at cars but due to the outstanding customer service by Kai, one of the sales executives we actually bought one instead. Throughout the whole process Kai was very professional and friendly.

Im leaving another review as this is the only place you have replied to me, i have requested the paper work of the inspection twice! No one has replied to me, we have called and no one answers and we have whatsapped our salesman and he doesnt reply. Please provide me with a better email address that i can request to paperwork. No doubt you spent thousands of pounds in tyres but it was the one thing we were worried about when purchasing the car and we have a lot of whatsapp screenshots to prove this, it must have been very borderline legal for it to just suddenly pop up a few days after buying the car.

Don’t waste your time with this place. They seem to have a passive aggressive style, high volume approach hoping to pressure people into sales.

Didn’t even get to discuss needs or budget. First thing out the first salesman mouth to come down from their upstairs tower was...

Brilliant experience dealing with Sascron, from seeing the car to collecting, Dan organised everything and was true to his word, excellent service, i will be using this company again.

I had an issue I had a problem with a car I purchased from Sascron back in January 2024 on informing them of this and what could be done. I was met with excellent customer service from the Sascron team who resolved the matter quickly at no cost to me.

Daniel was really amazing and helpful throughout the whole experience of purchasing my car. He made it smooth sailing and followed up with me ensuring I was happy. Great job also on repair and touchups of the car from the rest of the team. Allover brilliant!

When we arrived, we were seen within almost immediately and test drive within half an hour.
The salesperson Kordian, who was very accommodating for our purchase needs timings etc.

I felt very comfortable and very well supported throughout the process as Simon explained all the critical and non critical information about the car, warranty, financing options with detailed calculation, synthetic protective coating, and resale in later years. On side note, Sascron has loads of car on site at I would say very reasonable prices, highly recommend them for buying pre owned cars

Bought a car a 2021 year car in January paid over£13,000. Was advised about warranty which I took and paid for, but after only 1200 miles the car broke down. I put the car into the nearest Nissan dealership garage which when buying the car I was advised you could do as I live 160 miles away. To my shock the warranty did not cover this fully. I contacted sascron dealership where I bought the car and the sales manager advised customer service would deal with this, but customer service said they would not be refunding any money towards it. I am so very disappointed in the aftersales service, as soon as they sell the car they are not interested. Leaving me with a high bill.
