We were recommended SAS Daniels by a local Estate Agents and although they were outside of our local area, chose to try them due to their positive relationship with the agent. I’m so glad we did - we had quite a difficult property sale that involved a lot of chasing from our Solicitor Florence and I can whole heartedly say, she was exceptional at her job - she had clear communication, she was kind, explained things in a way which helped us understand, was personable and professional and helped us so much. Our initial sale fell through and Florence supported us, and then jumped straight back onto the file when we found a new buyer to ensure that everything went smoothly and I can’t thank her and recommend her enough. This is our 3rd time buying a property and she was by far the best Solicitor I’ve ever come across. Thank you so much SAS Daniels and Florence, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Partner Andrew Clark and senior associate Sam Alexander Lyon worked tirelessly on what started out as an easy transaction and quickly became more complicated than expected.
They took the time to understand my positions, make me aware thoroughly of the risks, were very clearly excellent at communication with me. We managed to complete the transaction in time before the SDLT increase and get favourable position on the deal largely due to the excellent skills displayed by Andrew and Sam.
As a solicitor myself, I cannot recommend them heavily enough (especially if your purchase/sale is one that has specific timelines).

I previously used SAS Daniels (Stockport) for the purchase of my home 5 years ago which went well however, I’ve recently asked them to help with the purchase of the freehold for the same property and they have gone radio silent.

I’ve chased on 3 occasions and be told someone will come back to me but received no response. I can only assume this is work they really don’t won’t.

A simple ‘we can’t help you with this’ would have been fine!

I’ve now gone to THP Law who have been a blessing.
