wont use again

I received an email saying my order had been shipped, 5 days later received an email saying they couldnt supply the item because the only stock they had was damaged. so why email saying item shipped? got full refund but bit late as was a gift and not enough time to get a replacement!

As per our record, actually, your item was shipped in time, however, it was badly damaged during transit. We received item back by courier after 3 days of shipment. We tried to check with supplier for next available batch of this item but it was not expected in next 2-3 weeks; that is why, to avoid further inconvenience, we offered full refund.

I will not be ordering again!

I placed an order for some gloves I paid for next day delivery and they charged me for next day delivery and sent my order 1st class post I emailed them and they are just ignoring me don't shop with them!
