Definitely 5 stars for these guys. Impeccable front door made and installed for me. The fitter Osman is really knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Very polite and helpful.

I needed help with quite a bit of complicated joinery. It was a job at the rear of my house where a window and door are all within the same frame and all come as one. I contacted a number of different companies but no-one wanted to touch it apart from WSW. I was nervous with how the project would go because it is such a unique item. The end result was absolutely wonderful. Thoroughly impressed and very pleased.

We are incredibly pleased with the new windows and door, the team is so professional and they were very helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend and we will definitely be appointing them for future works.

There is non of the salesy type pushy stuff from WSW. They gave me a quote and pretty much left me to it. I had a few questions which they always helped with. I made the decision to go with them and I was not disappointed. I am really happy with my new sash windows.

Very pleased with the overall service. I was amazed by how little disruption I had when I had my sashes replaced. The room the fitter worked in was always completed by the end of the same day meaning it was easy to manage around them. Thank you so much.

Absolutely fantastic. No hard sell at initial visit. Excellent communication during manufacture and up to delivery. Fitters on site helpful tidy and came across as really caring about the job. Finally the windows are unbelievable

I opted to have new sashes, retaining the sash framing. The work was done with minimum of fuss. Very clean and tidy. Fitter Elliott was friendly.

_Good process and communication throughout. The fitters Arthur and Leo worked extremely hard. So hard it was even difficult to tempt them to take a break for a cup of tea! I would happily recommend Wandsworth Sash Windows.

The guys at WSW really seem to care about the quality of their work and the advice they provide. I was worried that the surveyor would be pushy but this was not the case whatsoever. Paul is very knowledgeable and very honest. The installation staff are friendly and keep things very tidy. Many thanks.

We had timber wrap round shop front windows fitted by Wandsworth Sash Windows. It was hard to find a reputable company who would offer this service because it was quite a unique job.

Very happy we went with WSW. They described everything to me clearly over a number of visits and via email. Their staff in the office are very helpful and efficient. The fitters were friendly and easy to work with listening to any queries or snags I had. The company has quite a long wait time but it is worth it.

I had one complete frame replaced and 3 new pairs of sashes in a different room. I am very pleased with the overall job.

The repairs were quoted to me very quickly which I was impressed with. After I decided to proceed the work was booked in and completed very soon. Although it was a relatively small job. Very pleasant fitter and competent, the painting slowed the job down quite a bit but well worth it, will use again.

I got quotes from 9 window companies and visited the showrooms / workshops of 3 to see the quality of their work and ask questions - WSW being the best.

Pre-works very good, communicate, friendly and knowledgable. I had a tonne of questions about glass thicknesses, gas fill, acoustic glass etc which they answered and explained well.

They had quite a long lead time which was explained at the start and similar to a lot of other window companies I spoke to.

When we got closer to the work date I reached out to them and they tried to move the install date back by 6 weeks. The lack of communication here and sudden date change was very frustrating - something they could definitely improve on. Eventually they moved the install closer to the original date (2 weeks late instead of 6).

The installers were brilliant, arriving slightly late the first day (understandable in central London traffic) but bang on time every other. They were friendly, answered all my questions and did a great job. There were a couple of tiny snags (chipped paint etc) I found during the install but they fixed them all by the following day. The final finish is perfect.

Overall I'm very pleased I chose to go with WSW. I would probably give them 4.5* if I could due to the communication wobble / install date change, but will definitely use them again for any future projects.
