We had 7 sash windows replaced at the front of the house and had a fantastic experience. The finish was of a high quality, and the guys on site were really clean and friendly. From the very beginning, communication and planning was great and they kept us fully up to date during the manufacturing process. We were happy to leave the fitters with a key for the week and crack on with the job whilst we were at work. Highly recommend.

Despite a 6 month lead time for replacement French doors (initial measure up to instalment) it was worth the wait. This company is nothing but professional with expert craftsmanship of the product. The customer service team ensured my requirements were understood and confirmed from design and colour to hardware preference. I did get quotes from other suppliers that came in less expensive but the attention to detail with this company persuaded me to chose them. I would highly recommend Wandsworth Sash Windows

Wandsworth Sash Windows replaced a sash and frame for us. They had previously replaced or repaired sashes in other windows at our home but this one was too far gone to save.. They are very professional and their surveyor gives excellent advice. Their fitter was very pleasant and all went to plan with the removal of the old window and the installation of the new. It could have been a messy job but he cleared up really well. The plasterwork around the window was made good ready for decorating. We are really pleased with the new window. The sashes run perfectly and this one has the benefit of sealed units so no draughts and a bit of soundproofing too. I would not hesitate to recommend Wandsworth Sash Windows to anyone looking to replace or repair traditional windows, the workmanship is excellent.

We had our large bay sash windows refurbished. We received a visit and quote quickly. Before we placed the order we were given a lead time which turned out to be very accurate. The ordering process was clear and easy. The window replacement was done to a high standard by friendly guys. The colour match to the existing paintwork was good. We are really happy with the result.

Tidy & friendly fitters. This is the second batch of windows we have had from WSW. A couple of teething problems were fixed quickly and without fuss.

We were very happy with the professional work carried out on our sash windows by Wandsworth Sash Windows. The re-furb has really improved the windows and solved the drafts, weight issues and ease of opening and closing.

I am extremely happy with the works carried out by WSW! Communication and planning from the start was excellent. It’s been smooth throughout. Osman and Besy (who did the work) did a phenomenal job and the windows look great and work really well!

(They went above and beyond with the windows and they even took some time out of one of their breaks to help a neighbor of mine fix his number plate which had fallen off his car. This has improved my relations with my neighbor which is an added benefit)

WSW replaced all the sash windows in our Victorian semi, 20 sashes. The new windows are a very good match to the original windows, but are now draught proof and should be warmer with the double glazed units. The work was done on schedule to a good standard. The windows were completely painted inside and outside. The payment terms are a bit Draconian with 50/ required at the outset and balance required while the windows are being manufactured before any delivery. There is then a further amount to pay after completion based on the amount of lead weight used to counterbalance the heavier windows. This seems a bit petty given the overall cost of the installation.

_Great from start to finish. The options provided by the surveyor were clear and easy to understand. It was nice to be able to chat in depth with the surveyor before receiving the quote. Once received I was able to fine-tune everything before proceeding. The surveyor then visited again to confirm all the details. The waiting time for new windows is quite long from these guys but it is very much worth the wait._

Wandsworth Sash Windows installed vacuum insulated double glazed windows in our mansion flat. The windows are great -- very thin and they're excellent heat and sound insulators (though, as they told us upfront, the glass manufacturer took quite a long time to make the windows).
The installation process was very smooth. The fitters were neat, pleasant to deal with, kept to schedule, and the finished job was very good. They happily made changes that I requested. The painting was done to a high standard as well. I'd be very happy to use this firm again.

We had Fineo glass fitted into the sash windows at the front of our house. Top spec glass that is really slim. We think the work was quality as are the windows themselves.

Wandsworth sash windows lovingly replaced 3 bedroom windows in my bedroom we had the entire frames replaced as the old windows were really cold and in a massive need of replacement the new windows make such a difference
