Timber quality is trully amazing
The quality of the timber is trully amazing. Smooth surface, no splits, great colours. We ordered timber in alder and linden. The delivery was fast and on time. Timber was well wrapped in groups, so it was easy to check quantities against our order. We are a happy customer.

If Carlsberg did customer service this company would be it!
Fantastic range of products and a user friendly web site, easy to navigate and manage. What also really impressed me was I recieved a personal phone call after the order was placed to explain and clarify a few important criteria’s on the products I ordered.
A second call allowing me an insight to their delivery protocols and after delivery further communication with recommendations on the safe care of the delivered product
Overall this is probably one of the best customer experiences I have had in a very long time, whilst other companies have shown apathy to my custom.

The customer service was brilliant
The customer service was brilliant. I was let down by my local sauna supplier, so I chose Sauna Timber on line. I called them just to enquire about a wood burning sauna, but ended up purchasing it from them that day. Their service was excellent, product knowledge and ability to give me the required information led me to purchase from them and at competitive prices. Delivery was within 4 days with good communication, being given a delivery time. I have not fitted the stove yet, but I know if I need advice, I just need to give them a call. Thank you Andrei.

Wanting to to build my own wood fired…
Wanting to to build my own wood fired sauna I contacted Andrei at SaunaTimber to discuss my build and look at their products and materials to see what they had to offer. After a couple of hours I came away not only impressed with the quality of all the materials and products they stock but the free advice given and interest taken regarding my project. Being competitively priced I purchased everything I needed internally to build my sauna.
I cannot recommend their services and help enough and thoroughly encourage anyone thinking about a sauna to get in touch as we cannot get over the health benefits and wellbeing our sauna gives us being in use now for a month.
