I was recommended Saunders and Smalls yesterday evening. I messaged her to ask if she could help after we’d had a small bump, miles from home. She came out of her way today to help us get the right seats fitted and get us home safely. Charlene’s knowledge of car seats is fantastic. She was helpful with recommendations. She listened to my needs for a seat and helped us find the right one within our budget.
I am so incredibly grateful to Charlene for her time and patience messaging late on a Friday evening and her time today. I would have got a car seat somewhere else but I wouldn’t have got the time, patience and person centred service. Plus it was so much better not having two children running around a car seat shop! Thank you!

Just bought the axkid movekid from Charlene and can’t fault the great service received. Really friendly and helpful.
We met in a convenient place for us both, meaning I didn’t have to travel as far, and tried out several ERF seats for the best fit.

Charlene was so patient and helpful, answering all my questions and not rushing me whilst it took me ages to make a decision. I was torn between 2 seats so purchased online from her website later that evening.

There was a problem with delivery which wasn’t her fault at all, she took the time to ring up the company and find out what was going on.

Can’t fault her after sales either, she helped with a fit check from the photos I sent to her and offered advice to improve the fit.

Thank you so much for all your help and advice. I would totally recommend Charlene to anyone looking for a car seat/ car seat advice.

Amazing company seat arrived so fast and Charlene was on had to help with fitting advice would highly recommended.

Charlene was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable in purchasing an Extended Rear Facing car seat.

I had struggled a lot with infant carriers for my daughter and getting a safe fit, so I reached out to Charlene who checked little ones centiles and recommended a few seats.

She then met at a halfway point between both of us and she brought with her a few different car seats for us to try in my car, to see which one I had a preference for. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped install safely, whilst giving a thorough explanation so I feel confident I'd be able to do it again without her there.

We bought the Britax Safeway M which was very new to the market at the time and it has been amazing. I've had a few queries since and have messaged Charlene with them and she has responded extremely quickly and with all the information I needed.

I am extremely impressed and would recommend Charlene to anyone in the South West area as she was so fabulous and helpful.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.

Charlene was friendly and listened to our concerns, she had the fabric swatches for the besafe stretch so we could decide which to get and she fitted it to the bed in our transporter.

Really happy with the Axkid Mini Kid 2 car seat I purchased for my Grandchildren to use, Charlene was very helpful when I had a few problems installing the seat in the car, all fitted correctly now and tested by my 3 year old Grandson Noah, plenty of leg room for him to remain safely reward facing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality car seat and great costomer service.

I approached Charlene at Saunders and Smalls after having an awful experience with a large retailer. I'm passionate about extended rear facing car seats and Charlene went above and beyond to support our car seat journey. I ordered our seat on a preorder, once they arrived I was kept updated as to when it would dispatch. I needed some help with fitting the seat, getting it right in our car. Charlene couldn’t be more helpful when I knew the seat didn’t look right after I first attempted to fit. I sent emails with photos and Charlene supported and advised how to change the seat to get the perfect fit. Thanks so much Charlene. Looking forward to trying the seat out for its first journey this week.

Great communication when there was a delay on delivery but this didn’t affect us as I ordered the next size seat before needed.
When the seat did arrive shipping arranged same day and was with me within 2 days!

Absolutely brilliant service and knowledge. Greta communication before our appointment, Charlene went out of her way to find time for us, she offered a great fitting service, showing us multiple options and trying out multiple positions for the car seat in our car. We were worried what with our car not being that big and both adults and children being tall we weee going to struggle to get two ERF seats- but walked away with our ideal set up and can now rear face to 36kg! Charlene was amazing! From the minute I order my ERF seat (MK2), I was kept informed and updated and had all my questions answered. I was advised the best seat to get and I am more than happy with my purchase. Charlene also put herself out to help me with my MK3. I also now feel more confident that if I ever need to uninstall my seats that I would get a safe fit on reinstallation by myself! I now have both seats fitted safely for both my children and I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you again 🥰.

Charlene is amazing. So knowledgeable and patient. She spent a whole morning with my husband and I showing us two of the car seats that she recommended based on our needs (safe and long lasting car seat and 6ft 2 driver). She made sure we were comfortable fitting our chosen seat ourselves. Would definitely recommended to anyone looking for a car seat.
