My experience with this company is that they took the time to research the best carseat for my little boy and help me as I had no clue. Very quick at responding and available for advice and help at anytime. Would really recommend Saunders & Smalls Car Seats to anyone looking to purchase a car seat.

We called Charlene on a Saturday morning to ask for her help to upgrade our daughters seat and an hour later she was installing a Axkid MiniKid 2 in our car! Charlene was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciated her advice and will be back when our son needs a new seat. Highly recommend.

We have bought four Avionaut Sky 2.0 from Charlene at Saunders & Smalls Car Seats and I wanted to take the opportunity to express how pleased I am at the service provided by Charlene.
We bought our first two car seats for our family car. Charlene spent a lot of time helping me decide what seats were the best fit for our family and provided me with a fantastic amount of information allowing me to make the best informed decision.
Charlene then fitted the seats, walking me through exactly how to fit the seats and how to maintain a good fit. Charlene also fit checked both my babies into their car seats and has since been easily contactable for any additional questions and queries I have had about the car seats and the fit to my babies.
Based on our experiences with Charlene we decided to fit two new seats to my husband’s car, so there wasn’t a question about returning to Charlene. Charlene checked the car was compatible for me before I ordered and had the seats for the next day, which again, Charlene fitted to the car and fit checked the babies.
The amount of knowledge, advice and assistance Charlene put into fitting both my babies (16 months and 6 months) to two different cars has been brilliant. Charlene provided us with Blue Light Discount which again, was exceptionally helpful!

Charlene went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit for three across, two rear facing. Her in depth knowledge of her industry and her excellent customer service skills made me very confident with my choice of seats and she went above and beyond in supporting the installation. Highly recommended.

Charlene was super helpful when it came to informing me of my options within budget. She came to my house, looked at our current seat and then discussed through the good and bad. Overall I was really impressed and she even came back to help install it!

Amazing quick and knowledgeable service!

Thankyou for all of your help in choosing the avionaut sky 2.0 for my son. Needed an extended rear facing seat for my son on the 99th centile for both height and weight. Needed something that would fit til he was old enough and safe enough to use a booster and this seat ticks all of them boxes. Can’t recommend you enough. Ordered on a Friday delivered on a Saturday fitted Sunday evening around our schedule. Amazing!

I brought an Avionaut Sky 25kg seat through Saunders and Smalls, Charlene delivered the seat herself and spent 2 hours fitting it in my car. This would have been a lot quicker but my car has funny seatbelt stalks and I have 3 other children also in seats. Charlene made sure I had the best, safest set up for not just the seat I purchased from her but for my other children too. She carefully considered leg room for both the driver and other adult passenger to come up with the most sensible place for the seat to go. She showed me each step of the install and explained exactly what she was doing. She is easy to talk to, friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Charlene is the most patient person you will ever meet! I am very pleased with the seat and the service Charlene provided and now travel knowing my little girl is as safe as can be.
