I’ve a SkyCaddie Fx500 which was…

I’ve a SkyCaddie Fx500 which was freezing. The manufacturer doesn’t offer a repair service so I found this site online. I knew the GPS was working so I requested the diagnosis service. Couple of days later I received a message that it required a new screen. (The cost of the diagnostic service was taken off the cost of the screen replacement). The device was away for a total of 10 days and is now back working fine. Would recommend to anyone thinking about a repair.

New battery for Fitbit Sense 2

The battery on my Fitbit Sense 2 would not retain its charge. Searched the net for a company that could do this and found SaveMyDevice. Phoned and spoke to Leo who confirmed that a new battery was required. Sent the watch off and it was returned within 10 days fully repaired. Watch is now as good as new and saved having to buy a new one. Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend.

A rare 5 star review from me

A rare 5 star review from me. My Garmin Edge 1030 battery was swelling and pushed the screen away from the case. A new unit would be £350 but SaveMyDevice fitted a new battery and resealed the screen for £50 +p&p. The repaired unit came back within a week and worked perfectly. All my settings and stored history were intact too so it was ready to be used. Good communication throughout. A faultless service that I definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Very happy.

My Bose headphones developed a problem with power button. I ordered repair online. Contact with their help centre was easy and smooth. Repair was speedy and now can enjoy my headphones second life. Very good service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, very speedy

Honestly such a great service! I was sceptical about sending my headphones in the post to some random company, but after looking at reviews I decided to send them to Leo, and his company does literally save your device.
It wasn’t the initial fault I thought and he was quick to inform me, and get them fixed and sent back all within a week. Very very happy!!! I would definitely recommend and I will use again in the future!
