I bought a product and was told I'd receive it via email in 15 minutes. Two hours went by, and I still had not received my purchase, so I wrote back and was assisted by "Joe". He apologized, offered an upgrade at no charge, and expedited my purchase to me. Within 3 minutes I was installing my purchase. Excellent customer service by Joe.

I purchased Microsoft Office but had difficulty installing it properly. It just took one click on the Chat button and Mark was able to solve this for me in no time at all. Terrific customer service!

I have been very impressed with the responsiveness of tech support. After following the instructions the usb did not work to install a new operating system on my computer. So, Joe took over and re-established the software on my usb drive remotely. I have not install the software yet, but I am confident that Joe will be there to assist if there is still a problem. Support of this caliber is unusual, and to be sure, welcome for this type of software purchase. Cudos to Joe!
