Issue resolved professionally in timely manner - Excellent Service!!
After my connection dipped, an order that I placed did not go through successfully; however the funds were deducted from our bank account!!
In a panic, I got a hold of Anne via the chat feature, who assisted me & had the entire issue resolved under 15 minutes. She located the failed order & cancelled it - and the funds were returned to our account immediately.
I was advised to first register a customer account and then to replace the order, which I am more than happy to do as I know that there's help available should something go amiss. =)

Seems ok, Was just annoyed that I order a Standard version and got Profesional version, I know some would be happy but I want what I order not something ells, it's like ordering a BMW and getting a Mercedes, Some do prefer the one over the other.
