Awful Customer Service…
I ordered a water butt from this company, and was sent an email to say it had been despatched. Have also received a parcel number from DPD, but they have not been advised to collect the item. Cannot get in touch with this company and Customer Service is non-existent. Do not use this company.
No Customer service at all just take your money and fail to deliver what you order
Like most others on here I've found that they have no Customer service at all!! They don't answer phone calls or emails !! They take your money then fail to deliver what you order then ignore you totally !! As I ordered via Severn Trent Water I'll complain next to them then ask my bank to intervene for me !!!
Free products that save money and water
Completed a survey about my home and water use and managed to redeem some really helpful and lovely items. Recommend if you are needing to save money and water.
No-one appears to be answering emails…
No-one appears to be answering emails or telephone calls, they have had my money since December 2nd and all l want to know is when can I expect delivery.
Awful, dont bother ordering. Possible scam
Ordered at least 6 months ago, I never received the items, no reply to my emails. All I have received are emails asking me to review the products I never received. Not sure whether they are just grossly incompetent or whether this is some sort of scam company
This company is awful
This company is awful. I ordered something in July and never received it. I complained over a month ago and received an apology email from Terri Munnery stating that a new product will be dispatched asap. It's been over a month and I haven't heard anything from them. 0/10 would not recommend.
I ordered a water butt nine weeks ago
I ordered a water butt nine weeks ago. It still has not been delivered. I have tried to contact the company by email as their phone line is a waste of space. All I have received has been an automated email responses saying they would respond in 5 working days. Today, just to add insult to injury, I received an email asking for a review of the water butt.
I have emailed a request for a refund but I'm not holding my breath.
Do not deal with this company.
Dreadful
Dreadful, I ordered a water Butt over a month ago and it's still not here. The company lied to me and said that the carrier has suddenly told they they were reducing the amount they could deliver. I contacted their carriers who said this wasn't the truth . Seven Trent shouldn't be endorsing this company
Nice butts, as long as you're in no hurry!
Finally received my water butts today after a wait of 7 weeks and 2 days. I was expecting some delay with delivery but this was ridiculous! Phone lines are not manned web chat is currently unavailable, due to the corona virus, so the only method of contact is by emai. I was told my order was ready for dispatch on 5 May (order was placed on 21 April) but heard nothing. After countless emails from myself, generic replies blaming dpd for restricting how many they would take, more generic apologies, finally I was told that my order had been dispatched on Friday 5th June and would be delivered by Monday. Well, Monday came and went, still nothing. Another email to them, to which I got a dispatch confirmation email and finally today, Thursday 11 June, my water butts arrived! I'm actually happy with the butts but the customer service and delivery time is a joke!
Order cancelled for water butt.
Unable to contact the company by telephone or web chat. Standard email replies say there is a problem with the delivery company. Finally got a reply to my email after posting this review. My order has been cancelled and I have obtained a full refund. I think the company should limit orders for water butts that it can fulfil like other companies have done whilst extra measures have to be put in place to comply with goverment guidelines.
still waiting for shower head 3 weeks…
still waiting for shower head 3 weeks later noone bothers to reply to me about tracking or refund
Be prepared to wait for your order
Ordered two 200L water butts on 31st March, still waiting for my delivery to be dispatched (writing this review as we near end of May).
I've had a few email updates from them stating they are experiencing issues with deliveries, and my items will be dispatched asap, delivered in the next two weeks etc. but each period stated comes and goes with no dispatch or delivery.
Under the current circumstances of Covid-19, I expected some delay - but not like this (nearing 8 weeks). If I had chosen to order my water butts from elsewhere (Amazon, Argos, Wilkos etc), they would have been delivered within 1-2 weeks.
They claim to be experiencing difficulties with couriers (DPD and others) not accepting all their dispatches due to the size of water butts, so only a limited number of stock can get on the delivery vans at any time. This is just a poor excuse for not having sound delivery logistics for your business model.
I'm a repeat customer having previously used this company before with no issues. Just be prepared for a long wait time on orders. I'm glad we haven't had much rain lately!
Unsolicited Emails
Never heard of this company and just received an unsolicited email to my personal email address. I thought there was a law against that kind of thing?
No one able to help with finding out the truth. Still more confounded but grateful!
Ordered a water Butt and tap and we received a email on 12 April to say it had been dispatched and would be delivered by Royal Mail. It didn’t arrive and after many unanswered phone calls and an email, we had a reply today 14 May to say it was waiting to be dispatched and will be delivered by Dpd, once they have room on their delivery vans! WHAT IS THE TRUTH? If only I could speak to someone I would ask for my money to be refunded and I would buy one from somewhere else. I will try writing a letter as someone else has done and see if I can get a response.
After writing this review yesterday, low and behold a water Butt was delivered today by another carrier, still no spare tap, which I paid for and extra for postage, as that would be despatched separately, so I understand from my original order. So will give up trying to contact the firm, but won’t deal with them again, as there seems to be a lack of honesty with their customer services. One day my tap might come!
Good quality for the price.
Ordered a water butt. Delivery was quoted as 10 working days it arrived in 16 working days however seeing as we are in a pandemic and everything is up the wall I can’t hold this against them.
They politely responded to my email apologising for the delay and giving me an update and the butt arrived a day or so after this. Would use them again but maybe after life has returned to normal.
Good quality for the price I paid. £16 odd for the butt, stand, tap and collector including delivery.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company, I ordered a product and after a few days got an email to say it had been dispatched. After not arriving, I emailed customer service and was advised that it was due to be dispatched in the coming week and I would get an email to indicate the tracking number. After not receiving this email or order, I emailed customer service again... I had no reply to many emails, I also phoned and they do not answer. I then sent a letter to them stating my rights, this seemed to wake them up and they told me I could have a refund, I eventually got this refund three and a half weeks from ordering. Awful company, do not use.
Thieves!
Items ordered and not received. Chased company and apologies received with undertaking to send again. Still nothing received and wish I had seen reviews here before I ordered. Don’t waste your money - avoid these thieves.
They charged me twice for the same…
They charged me twice for the same product in mid-July, and have not delivered either. They have not responded to me for 2 weeks now.
Risky
Risky
Having been bitten by poor service from another water butt supplier (evergreener) I checked here for reviews of this company.
Seeing lots of reviews that caused concern but very few that gave any reassurance, I emailed them and asked for some information before I ordered.
Several days later, they haven't replied. IMO, if they don't respond to a potential customer, it would seem unlikely you're going to get decent service once they've got your money.
I decided not to risk it and went to wickes.co.uk where the product was the same price (obviously I saved on postage)
Do not use this company
Pleased to see I am not the only person who think this company is awful. Ordered two water butts. Taken forever to get through to customer service who then lie and promise you things that never happen. Do not use this company
