I used to rave about Saxx underwear; especially when you could still buy the them made with bamboo. A pair would last a couple of years but the last batch I bought has worn out in 8months. When your f... See more

I purchased my underwear on the 23rd of November, and you shipped my underwear on the 26th of November.
It is now December 5th and still no delivery of my order. The online tracking says it was out for delivery on November 30, but still no delivery.
I just tried to call you, but the recording says you are unable to take my call at this time.
You cannot take my call and you cannot deliver my order. I am getting tired of chasing you and the courier company down.
Cancel my order and refund my money!!!!
I have posted on your Facebook wall a few times now and not one response from you!
Your customer service is unacceptable!!!!!
Didn’t even wear the underwear I just washed them and hand dried and stitching already coming out elastic waist band especially broken fibres lol garbage quality now. My old pairs are good so they must have dropped in quality
Tried one pair before investing in more. So glad I did, yes they were a good fit and comfortable but after about ten washes the stitching an the seams failed and the fabric also started to disintegrate. Binned them after a month since purchase
Ordered some boxers as an Xmas present for my other half, as he'd specifically named them as a brand he'd like to try. Order was placed on/around 29th Nov.
Order hadn't arrived within the advertised time (7-14 days), but tracking said it was due about 2 days after (16th) so decided to give a few days grace (it was in the run up to Christmas). When it didn't arrive, I contacted to ask for an update. Was told shipping info had been updated to arrive on the 18th, but that if it didn't, to contact and I could get a replacement or refund.
It didn't, so I asked for a replacement.
From this point, was unable to get a reply from customer services, from the 18th to the 23rd, when I managed to contact someone on the online chat.
On the chat, I was told the delay was down to royal mail strikes and to wait until the end of the week to see it it arrived, and if not they would refund/replace. I said this wasn't acceptable, as I'd already requested the replacement be processed back on the 18th. This clearly hadn't been done, and they said a replacement would take a further 4 weeks (now from 23rd Dec) to be delivered because of Christmas/mail strikes. But as my partner had requested the brand specifically, I decided to go ahead with the replacement, and exited the chat.
Instead of ordering a replacement, they instead sent me a voucher via email, and I had to re-order myself via the website. However the voucher didn't include taxes/postage, so would have cost another £6-7 to get the order 'replaced'.
Had run out of patience by this point, so went back onto the chat to request a refund instead, which they actioned, but not for the full amount - I had to chase them a further time to get the remainder refunded as well.
Ended up ordering from a competitor, who (despite dealing with the same royal mail strikes.....) managed to get the order processed and delivered within 2 days!
The underwear arrived in a timely manner but we waited too long to request an exchange and the customer service was very disappointing. They don't seem interested in accommodating customers, and I won't ever purchase from them again. Customer service is as important to me as the product, so when service is poor the product loses its value. It's an average pair of underwear for a very high price point, without the service to back it up. I don't recommend.
Loved SAXX underwear until I had an issue trying to return a pair of kinetic underwear that fit much tighter than the Ultra’s and Volt’s. I sent 3 emails to their customer service and it’s been a month and I still have yet to hear back from them. This is total BS fir any company let alone a company that charges $50 for a pair of underwear!
I would give less than one star. Absolutely horrible!! They are horrific to their customers! Disrespectful all the way through the management. Ordered an item express shipping over 10 days ago and still not here. Asked for another shipment to vacation spot in US and can’t be done until we get home even when willing to pay for another express!!! Will never buy from again!! Absolutely the worst service ever!!
I ordered more than 2 weeks ago. My order still not fulfilled. But they made it up to everybody. They just didn't say sorry but send gift cards. I know where I will buy all my underwear in the future!!
Underwear is comfy but mine are wearing out with only 6 months usage. Large holes in between legs in multiple pairs.
None of my other underwear brands are this poorly made.
Way expensive for the product quality.
Ps I have 7 pairs but will buy Joe Boxer next time.
I have purchased 31 pair of Saxx Underwear and two Cannonball Swim Trunks. The two swimtrunks were purchased in May of 2020 and have been used occasionally riding a jet ski. In April and June of this year, I actually used the swim trunks in a pool and both faded drastically. Saxx tells me that because they two years old, they can't help. I think that these swim trunks should be good for the purpose they were sold to me with - to go swimming and, if after two uses in a pool, they fade drastically, there is something wrong with their product. This will be my last Saxx purchase.
Don't believe the hype
Overrated uncomfortable and expensive for average quality
Quality goes down, the size you choose doesn’t fit always the same. Very poor customer services. Former customer
Update: After months of headache, I finally got my funds back.
This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. I bought underwear as a first time customer around Black Friday LAST YEAR and didn't get my funds back until recently . Save yourself months of worry and stress and go with another company that actually values their customers. I've never felt so worthless as a customer before - I've even spent hundreds of dollars as a first time buyer just to try it out, and they could obviously care less. They left me waiting for WEEKS at a time before emailing me back. Absolutely unacceptable for a brand that promotes themselves as higher-end and "life changing"
Saxx quality is also not up to par and the size chart is completely wrong which is what made me need a refund/exchange in the first place. I also received my initial order in underwear boxes that were smashed, torn and had holes.
Ask yourself if you deserve to be treated this poorly. I would NEVER buy from Saxx again.
Originally liked the product. Bought several pair. Then ordered wrong size on their site. That was back in November. Took them over a month to respond to request for an exchange. They sent the shipping label, have received my order. Told it would take 3-4 weeks to issue a coupon. Really? Cash flow problems? I heard they are based in British Columbia and suffered from the fires there. Unfortunate, but it has really damaged their business. Product, BTW, is starting to deteriorate after a year or so. Not sure they will hold up. Back to Jockey I guess.
I bought their boxers 4 times and they are quality made. I bought for me first but then I showed it to my family members and got them some too. However, they billed me wrongfully the shipping one time and I talked with the customer service and they refunded me.
Bought a new pair of Saxx Quest boxers, started falling apart after wearing for 5 times (waistband seperating from the rest of the shorts), contacted Saxx and according to them this apparently is NOT A DEFECT !, and is also not a valid warranty claim, do not buy their cheap and shoddy products, waste of money and time trying to get this sorted, very angry!
Son got five pairs Christmas 2020. Now october and only one pair that is half decent. I contacted them. They ask for receipt. Pics of tags etc. Explaining they were a gift. Nothing. Obviously made in china with cheap material. Steer clear unless u have money to burn.
Tried the vibe product which was mediocre and the legs continually lifted making them uncomfortable, so decided to test their comfort guarantee. A representative came back to me with a stream of questions. They asked me to pay to send them back from UK to Canada on an insured service at my expense and they would then send a cheque for the amount I paid. Poor to say the least as the courier costs would be more expensive that the garment. Steer clear and go with Separatec, Kula or Step One. At least they honour their guarantee and mean it. Saxx are overrated and display awful customer care. Not as though their under wear is cheap. Money more important than customer satisfaction, comfort not guaranteed!
Service was quick and items came as pictured. You can even set up text updates which is nice because you know when to go check your post box without needing to keep checking emails.
