Shocking

Was in need of a tumble dryer when I came across Hiya. Thought great this will help me out. But 110 weeks later I realised what a rip off it was. I’d paid £900 for a £250 dryer.. and still paying 7.99 a week. Asked hiya to terminate contract, which took them 3 weeks to get done. If they don’t receive their payment dead on Monday morning then you are bombarded with texts emails and calls, even after I said I was no longer using the dryer and needed it collected they still called me 10/12 times a day.
Finally today it’s been terminated but told they are not collecting the item.
What am I supposed to do with it? I don’t live in a mansion to store an unused dryer.

Absolute shambles I ordered a phone…

Absolute shambles I ordered a phone over 3 weeks ago on there managers specials deal signing my 2nd contract with the company meaning as per the contract the first payment payable will be processed on the first Monday after delivery several weeks later and after several attempts to collect payment each Monday still no phone but just attempt after attempt to take payment for a product you obviously lied about having in stock
Edit: it would appear after leaving a review my issues have been sorted and I now have a delivery date for my product I will amend to 3 stars as I do genuinely believe that this company can be of help to a lot of people I just struggle to understand how it takes leaving a negative review to have issues sorted when this could have been avoided

Avoid

This helped me out when I was starting out but with their ‘no get out clause’ contract I ended up paying 3k for a tv I could have just gone out & bought for £300. I paid regularly always & the one time my card declined for some reason they shut off service the same morning. No grace, no chance for me to rectify it just made tv unusable. The remotes are also ridiculous to use. They’re glitchy & you have to stand up right by the tv to change the channel. What good is that of an evening when you’re trying to relax on the sofa & you have to get up to change the channel every time. Repair time is ridiculous & takes well over a week to get to you. An absolute nightmare when you have an autistic child & no tv. Just do your favour and just save up for the tv you want. You end up paying an absolute fortune for a tv you will never own with shoddy service

do not use this company

do not use this company! absolute rip off none of the apps on my tv work. i had to send mine back. yet still took payments off me for it. even on my tv i still have the apps never work and still i have to pay for it. its a joke! they take forever to get back to you aswel

Worst company to ever

This company is the worst I've even came across they take payment when ever they feel like it even when nothing is owed or due they constantly call you and multiple numbers and they also like to issue threats of you don't do what's said. I've never had an issue until recently I don't need the calls and the constant emails

Worse than useless.Already a customer and been ok-UNTIL i wanted to order the same TV at a fraction of the cost -sent wrong amount on contract which i refused to sign -asked them.more than once to resend with right amount !! in the mean time sent me an arrears notice for the TV -when i had not signed for it
Cancelled the TV in the end ...took over a month not to get a TV .

Bogus custom ROMs no one owns phones from them!

got a second hand nokia G22 (there is no contract)
everytime the device boots it warns me about it being enrolled in sayhiya.
i cant even reset the phone...... "factory reset is not available for this user"
No recovery mode either..... phones a brick thanks to these muppets, never heard of them till now and i can see why.

We suspect however, that you have been sold, or acquired, a phone which belongs to us, and which the previous owner had no right to pass on.
