got a second hand nokia G22 (there is no contract)
everytime the device boots it warns me about it being enrolled in sayhiya.
i cant even reset the phone...... "factory reset is not available for this user"
No recovery mode either..... phones a brick thanks to these muppets, never heard of them till now and i can see why.

Really cannot fault hiya . The products I ordered arrived in good time and I've had absolutely no issues with them , any time I've needed to contact customer service the response has been fast and any issues I've had have been resolved ASAP. Will defo be using them again .

I had a terrible experience of a mistake from hiya cost me a day's wages of £150. But I called hiya and spoke to a lady called kirsty Taylor who put me at ease and was very helpful with my frustration. She was able to rectify the problem and I have a new delivery date . Her service is a crto the company and staff like her should be looked after and rewarded

Today I had a. All from a lovely guy called Lawrence. Can I just say what an absoylt delight that young man is to your company. He took time out to help with every single enquiry that needed seeing to and he really wad polite his manners was unreal and his tone of talking to your customers well alot of your employees could do with taking a leaf out that young man's book. This company is lacking customer service and solution.firstly I have paid what feel like millions for a hobbit size TV that's controlled with a cursor who's as uncalibrated as the staffs personalities.i pay weekly and if my payment is declined maybe by error my phone goes into spam mode with "hiya" ringing 20x for £10 acting like they got a loan shark waiting on there Ferguson payment!! Complete shoddy company Susan boil would do better Harley price as her CEO.. don't use this company buy a TV on black Friday deal instead.. complete rip off for people on low income it's a completely falsely advertised "cheap rental" .....

Had a booking for tv to be taken back but was cancled due to me having a washing machine aparebtly you can't sent one without the other even though they was hired separately and are paid separate
No communication about the failed collection just waited in ll day for nothing and was charged once again aswell as a 60 pound fee

Never use this company. On your payment due date you will get bombarded with txts emails and calls non stop from 5am. So even if you plan to pay that day they will deem it late payment and harrass you. They give you a weird dodgy tv probably worth a few hundred week and you will occur thousands of pounds paying it. Also gave me the wrong iPhone an older model which is not stated in the contract. False advertisement

Ordered and paid for new remote control
on the 7th Feb and was told 3 working days. Did not receive until the 20th after 2 phone calls a week apart where I was told warehouse hadn't sent yet even though first agent sent them 2 messages with no response. I asked to speak to.my account manager and was told "Alex" would be in touch but to to date no.response.

The customer service team are great but the company it's self is terrible. Been with them for 2 years and with in that 2 years I've had to have replacement Tvs because of faults with the Tvs. The TV are not new . When I asked about cancelling my account and returning the TV though the app I was sent a message back saying they could pick it up the day after my payment was due. So on that day I rang them to be told that because there was no confirmation from me about picking it up they will reschedule it for the week after. After the next date of my payment. Do not use This company.
