We are hiya! – it’s nice to meet ya! Since 2018, we’ve been offering TV rental that’s affordable, practical and fair. There are no onerous finance agreements and no high interest rates. Over the years, we’ve expanded our product range to give our customers access to more tech and appliances, such as mobile phones, tablets and washing machines – and there’s more to come! We now have thousands of customers in the UK and we'd love for you to join us in the rental revolution!

Absolutely shocking company

Poor customer service again a familiar tale bullying someone with serious health issues. Blocking products even though account is up to date. Staff are a joke. Been a customer nearly two years can’t wait to get this lot out of my hair. AVOID

NEVER AGAIN!!!

Well what can I say!! I will never recommend these to anyone and once I am in a position to buy the things I need outright I will never ever use these again. If I had the option to upload screenshots of our communication I absolutely would!!

Tv doesn't work properly lines in screen, colour fade. Was given the option to either change tv or terminate as I have done the minimum term 78 weeks. Date set for collection 6th February as I chose cancellation. Then I asked was it too late to change mind and swap tv again agreed but then i made a complaint and raised concerns and from that moment they became argumentative, changed what they had agreed and referred me to terms and conditions that did not exist. I outed them on these terms and conditions and they became even more problematic. They made things very difficult and changed in the spot how they do business again not in terms and conditions of contracts I singed. They now state that in their terms and conditions which is a lie they do not allow a person to have any other goods unless they gave a tv!! This is not in ANY of the contracts I signed and it's also not in their no existing terms and conditions on their website so they said we must come and collect all 3 items now. Again, not in the terms and conditions. They refused to allow me a change of tv unless I sent proof of issues even though I explained the lines on the tv come and go and the colour fade you wouldn't really pic up from a picture. They also wouldn't let me cancel the tv unless I handed back all 3 items again not in their terms and conditions nor any if the contracts I signed. So, I will say this how it is these guys are not getting another penny from me until they change or fix the tv!! They might be able to put a block on the tv but they can't put a block on my other items. I'm not playing to their silly games anymore. I've made weekly payments every week £35 a week these cowboys get off of me and they can't even repair or replace the items when they say they will again I have evidence of all of our previous conversation and if I could share it I absolutely would.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! Nothing but out to get your money!!!
Make sure you read ALL the small print in the contracts. Or even better still DO NOT go into business with this company. They milk their rights to scam you. I have had a contact since 2021. Had a TV replacement in 2024. Contacted them today about an upgrade as I have had the TV over the agreed hire period. And they have told me per the agreement they have started it from the beginning again from the date of the replacement. Now I cannot cancel my agreement or get an upgrade until 2027. Not to mention the TV doesn’t even work properly as it has outdated software that doesn’t support most apps. Absolutely disgusting company.. AVOID!!!!!!!!

Had 7 tvs the apps are never installed…

Had 7 tvs the apps are never installed so u can't watch nothing as soon as contract is up they are behaving the TV back

I like the fact that it's pay weekly…

I like the fact that it's pay weekly and the tvs i have are amazing the reason I gave 3 stars is because when I messaged a few weeks back to return the tv I was told I need to pay an exit fee as I haven't been with them for 18 months because I had a tv replaced but I was not informed that if I replaced the tv my contract would restart I think you need more communication with your customers

Very easy to find what your looking for on there website and it's even easier to order the item you want just a quick form to fill out and it will let you know straight away if you been excepted they also have there own app too

HIYA Expensive

When I joined HIYA I thought I had bought the 65 inch TV and wasn't renting it, I've been paying £19.99 for over 14 months the total contract is 18months and total payable is £1559.10 to rent a TV which I could of purchased for around £450 As soon as you miss a payment they turn you TV off.

Always very helpful, great value for money

Always very helpful if unable to pay on a certain date for whatever reason, being very flexible with the payments so long as you pay as promised and always got what I wanted as a customer, I would definitely recommend if wanting an up-to-date tv or kitchen appliance on a budget, found them very helpful and useful as being a parent does put you on a budget
