We are hiya! – it’s nice to meet ya! Since 2018, we’ve been offering TV rental that’s affordable, practical and fair. There are no onerous finance agreements and no high interest rates. Over the years, we’ve expanded our product range to give our customers access to more tech and appliances, such as mobile phones, tablets and washing machines – and there’s more to come! We now have thousands of customers in the UK and we'd love for you to join us in the rental revolution!

Don’t even deserve 1 star training…

Don’t even deserve 1 star training staff wrong as I got advised that I had paid off my washing machine went off my app to then be contacted a year later saying I need to pay full amount or collecting it.

They do not listen or investigate this I will be looking for legal action already in place

Let alone bullying a person who has cancer and heart conditions

Happy customer but give us an online acocunt

Easy to work with and speak with in the event of an issue. We have a TV with them for £10.99 per week, payment always comes out on a Monday via debit card, and service works as expected. The TV is of good quality and was installed when we first signed the agreement with one of their engineers.
I would have given 5 stars, however, this is not possible due to the limited access to any online account and an app that is very limited in its use, If these options were improved on it would be a 5-star company

Avoid!

Avoid!! Customer service is appalling. You get treated badly and they do not value your business one bit. Don’t get involved in contracts at all. Worst company I have dealt with!!

Best Hiring Company Out There

I wanted a tv and it was so easy to set up, I got a phone call and done I had my tv within 3 business days, there service is very quick response times, also there weekly charges are so cheap and they listen to any inquiries you may have and will try to sort them out for you or try the very best, would highly recommend

They are the worst tv rental company

One of the worst rental companies I’ve rented from don’t ever rent from these people, I won’t say too much because I’ve got a Complaint going.

Brilliant customer service whenever…

Brilliant customer service whenever there is a problem with my tv within a week I have a replacement at my door! Just wish the tvs to be better quality and better software/layout
